| Mobile intelligent terminals such as mobile phones on the market are constantly updating,mobile commerce based on mobile intelligent,as one carrier terminal also showing a vigorous development trend.As one of the important contents of the development of mobile commerce,mobile payment has very broad prospects for development,but in recent years,the promotion of the application is far from the expectations of all walks of life.To further expand the mobile payment industry market,first of all,it is necessary to study the factors that affect the user's use willingness of mobile payment,and then make reasonable development strategy.Through literature reading and data searching,in the past research field,the subjects chosen by scholars tend to be a relatively high level of culture and acceptance groups.While the mobile payment market expanded to a certain extent,if only study this part of the users is obviously quite narrow.Combined with the special situation of our country---in the long term dualistic economy development,urban and rural household registration system and the employment system,resulting in a part of the abnormal product---Migrant workers,this part of the group in a large part responsible for city operation in dirty,bitter,hard work and they faced the unfair situation of labor income and labor intensity.If the mobile payment steps into the group so as to create convenience for their lives,improve work efficiency and enhance their"happiness",it will play a certain role in alleviating the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers as well as promoting rural economic structure and industrial structure adjustments.Combined with the above ideas,based on the literature reading and summary,the author puts forward three factors that affect the migrant workers'use willingness mobile payment:individual factors,social factors and platform factors.Taking the migrant workers as the research object,and taking the three factors as independent variables,the paper discusses whether it has the significant impact on the corresponding variables(willingness);Taking the platform factor as the adjustment variable,respectively discusses the moderating effect of the relationship between individual and social factors as well as use willingness.Based on the basic characteristics of migrant workers,to study whether it has the influence of migrant workers in the aspect of the age,education level,income,position,and willingness to use.Through establishing the model,put forward the hypothesis,designing and distributing questionnaires as well as data recovery and empirical analysis,the basic conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Individual factors include the attitude,individualinnovation(the ability to accept new things)and behaviors of the mobile payment;social factors including social impact and situational factors;platform factors include the usefulness,convenience,risk and value of mobile payment system.In the above 9 variables,in addition to individual innovative factors,other factors have an important impact on migrant workers' use willingness mobile payment.(2)The convenience,usefulness and value of the platform factors play a moderating role in the relationship between social factors and individual factors,while perceived risk has no moderating effect.According to the above empirical research results,combined with the actual situation,the article puts forward some targeted rectification suggestions for businesses to develop a reasonable plan according to their own business strategy.On the one hand,to rectify the deficiencies of the mobile payment platform,so as to attract more potential users and improve market utilization.On the other hand,from the aspects of the migrant workers' life,pay attention to their basic necessities of life(food,clothing,shelter and transportation),so that these requirements can be"Done by One Button" through the mobile payment.To facilitate the convenience of migrant workers' daily lives,let them feel the convenience and efficiency of information life and improve their quality of life as well as their spiritual "well-being". |
