A Study On The Construction Of Public Employment Service Platform

People's livelihood has always been a core issue that our party and government attach great importance to,and the employment is the basis of people's livelihood.The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out that,in order to improve the livelihood of the people,it is very important to promote the realization of a higher quality of employment.As a major part of the government public service system,the public employment service plays a crucial role in expanding employment,ensuring people's livelihood,maintaining social stability and so on.However,there are many problems in the construction and development of the existing public employment service platform,which can not meet the increasing demand of public services,the ability and level of government to provide public employment services need to be improved.Under such a background,this paper,taking Beijing as an example,puts forward some suggestions on improving the construction of the public employment service p latform by studying the present situation and problems of the government public employment service platform and combining with the excellent experiences of foreign public employment service development,so that to improving and improving the ability and level of government to provide public employment services.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background,meaning,present situation,content and methods of the study;the second part mainly defines the key concepts involved in this study,and sums up some theories to supporting the research;the third part introduces the current situation of the public employment service platform in Beijing,and points out its existing problems and analyzes the reasons;the forth part introduces the experience of the development of public employment service in foreign countries;the fifth part puts forward some suggestions on the construction of public employment service platform based on the present situation,problems and experiences mentioned above;the sixth part is the conclusion which summarizes the content of the article,points out the shortcomings of this research and gives the follow-up research proposal.
