Research On Campus Cold Violence Between Girls In Normal College

Frequent cold campus violence in our country,this phenomenon for many schools,teachers,parents and students themselves have no clear understanding of how to prevent and control the campus cold violence is at present we can not slow work.As the college students' occupation education system students,compared them with general education system.The students have their own characteristics,these characteristics make them more likely to become perpetrators of violence or bear cold campus.In the existing research materials,there are few articles on the study of cold violence on campus,and less articles on the phenomenon of cold violence among girls in the vocational campus.This paper on the basis of the existing literature,with the author: the status of the campus violence phenomenon between the Yangquan normal college girls,the survey on college campus,between the girls cold violence described in interviews,analysis and attribution,in order to seek countermeasures for prevention and control.This paper consists of four parts,and the details are as follows:The first part is the introduction.It discusses the topic selection,the content,purpose and significance of the cold violence in campus,the related literature review,research methods,the definition of the concept and the clarification of related concepts.The second part describes the current situation of cold violence in campus.First of all,from the verbal attack cold violence and behavioral attitude of cold campus violence between the two dimensions of teachers college girls described the present status,found that there are words against cold violence between teachers college girls,teachers behavior attitude cold violence between girls.Secondly from the event types,characteristics and reflect the cold and handling three campus violence situation are described,and found that cold violence,verbal aggression that took place on the campus of college girls between frequency higher than the behavior attitude,tend to occur between gay roommate and more students choose to treatment.Finally,from the level of education,whether the one-child,from three levels of teachers campus cold violence between girls described analysis,found that the teachers in senior cold violence phenomenon is more serious,girls one-child keener on cold violence and the students from city level slightly higher cold violence.The third part is the analysis of the attribution of cold violence among schoolgirls.This part analyzes the practical reasons for the occurrence of cold violence between teachers and girls from four levels.The first level is the individual aspect of the student.College students act as the lack of sense of responsibility,compressive resistance loss of the ability to frustration,moral quality is not high,interpersonal harmony,the girl cold sex differences and so on all caused the campus violence.The second level of family reasons,mainly including: disharmonious family environment and improper family education.The reasons for the third level of school include: poor school management and teachers' job burnout.On the fourth level,the social aspects mainly include: the influence of unhealthy social environment and the unreasonable system of education.The fourth part is the countermeasure of the cold violence among the schoolgirls.This part based on the attribution analysis of the third part,respectively,engaged in the promotion and beforehand prevention,control and disposal,post-mortem and reflection on the three process corresponding measures and strategies to prevent and control the training college girls between cold violence of campus.
