Primary school freshmen after entering primary school,in the study,life,interpersonal,emotional and other aspects of the state will have varying degrees of adaptation,the state of adaptation is called primary school enrollment adaptability.How to achieve smooth and effective interface between kindergarten and primary school,the good life habit,the children in the primary school students at the beginning of learning habits,learning interest,personality cultivation,plays a decisive role in the development of mental health and other aspects of good school to meet the state but also enhance children's ability to adapt to society,so that they grow up more healthily.Taking Q primary school in Changchun as an example,this paper makes a survey and analysis of the adaptability of freshmen through questionnaire,interview and observation.Through the implementation of action research,the corresponding educational management countermeasures are put forward.This study consists of five parts:the first part is an introduction to the background,significance,content,purpose,method and research status of the research.The second part is related theories,and systematically discusses the related theories of primary school students' adaptive ability,which lays a foundation for the next step of research.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of freshmen adaptation,through the questionnaire,the relevant data obtained with interviews and field observation,found the problem to Changchun Q primary school two class of student enrollment,and analysis of its causes.The fourth part is the action research of the entrance adaptation education,the implementation of intervention training for the dimensions of adaptation difficulties,to help the experimental class students to solve the problems existing in the school adaptation.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion,according to the research results of this study,put forward to solve the primary school freshmen adaptation problems of education management suggestions.This study proposes that,in view of the entrance adjustment of primary school freshmen,the implementation of education management should be carried out from two aspects of school management and class management of the head teacher.The school should pay attention to the construction of spiritual environment,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of mental health education curriculum and the construction of home school cooperation platform.The teacher should take the initiative to build a good relationship between teachers and students,carry out class psychological counseling activities,coordination and good teacher education strategies,special attention to the differences in the performance of students,parents and students to do tutoring consultant.
