The ideological nature and the non-ideological nature are the inherent functional attributes of moral education.The clarification and combing of the concepts of these two characteristics are the construction and supplement of the meta-theory of moral education.The community at the national level selects and designs moral education activities according to the expected functional effects,so that the value orientation of moral education and knowledge production are branded with profound ideology,which constitutes the ideological nature with two-way connotation of both value rationality and instrumental rationality.Morality is due to the common ethical risks faced by human beings and the commonality of moral individual socialization in emotional cultivation,which enables inter-class,universal moral education and moral content to exist,and makes it possible to focus on the non-ideological nature of global vision and human nature.Moral education in colleges and universities is an important field of cultural inheritance.The ideological nature and the non-ideological nature are presented in the moral education objectives,value production,education methods and other moral education practices of college moral education in China,which constitute the integral part of the value function of moral education in China's colleges and universities.The relationship between these two characteristics is organically integrated,which together contribute to promote the socialization process of moral individuals in colleges and universities with the Internal Logic of "reality-should-be-necessity"together.However,in the existing practical experience of college moral education in China the two natures also face the dilemma,such as mainstream ideology being challenged by multiple values,the tendency of pan-politicization to make moral education unbalanced,the common value decomposed by moral relativism and the lack of moral emotion cultivation,which has caused the nature to be dispelled and deviated.With the advancement of the modernization process,the moral education of colleges and universities in China presents the characteristics of moral indifference and utilitarianism,grand narrative and micro-delivery and network culture ecological"flow quantification",which are found across the education object,education mode and education environment.The inner meanings and requirements have a matching with the essential cores of the two natures,and put forward higher requirements for the value orientation and function manifestation of the ideological and non-ideological aspects of moral education in China.In the new era,combined with the turn of the times and the existing dilemma,the exploration of the trend of ideological nature and non-ideological nature has three dimensions:the consolidation of the value orientation of the community"incorporating the world,taking root in China",and the individual "micro-education,returning to life" emotion cultivation Implement and adapt to the network moral education environment,"break first,then strengthen the cohesion".The ideological and non-ideological dilemma of moral education in China's colleges and universities is based on these three dimensions,exploring the path of symbiotic development in a more concrete and more realistic way,in the "three-dimensional trend".In the path exploration,the ideological nature and non-ideological nature of moral education in colleges and universities achieve the highest degree of symbiosis and unity.
