An Interactive Research Of Cultural Construction And Ideological And Political Education In College Research Institute

As an important part of higher education,cultural construction and ideological and political education play an important role in personnel training and scientific research innovation.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to cultural construction and ideological and political education.Cultural self-confidence as an important part of cultural construction,"two learning and one do" as the main ideological and political education in the cultural construction and ideological and political education is of great significance.At the same time,with the promotion of international exchanges,cultural diversity,economic globalization,and the continuous development of information network,it has brought opportunities and challenges to college research institutes.The College Research Institute,as a position for training talents,should deal with the challenges from establishing people's correct values,strengthening ideological and political education and cultural construction,and taking measures to enhance the effective interaction between cultural construction and ideological and political education,so as to make the two play a greater role in the interaction,and improve the teaching quality of talent cultivation.This is a important problem needs to be further studied.This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the China University of Petroleum(Beijing)Science and Technology Institute.According to the basic situation of teachers and graduate students,this paper analyzes the degree of participation of teachers and graduate students in the Institute.Through investigation and analysis of variance,we hope to explore the interactive status of cultural construction and ideological and political education in the college research institutes,and then put forward five factors,which are mainly interactive direction,interactive environment,interactive platform,interactive team and interaction mechanism,to study the interaction between cultural construction and ideological and Political Education in college research institutes.Analyze the interaction process and existing problems,and put forward correspondingcountermeasures at the same time.
