Under the requirements of national curriculum reform and the background of the era education,inquiry-based learning methods have received more and more attention from the education community.The core idea is to require changes in the previous emphasis on rote learning,learning,and mechanical training.In the teaching activities,we can form individual abilities through independent knowledge construction,and exert our personal potential to advocate for contemporary school education.The PBL approach is in line with the concepts covered by the inquiry-based approach of learning advocated today.As a more popular teaching method in higher education,PBL teaching method has been widely used in medical education.As a more efficient learning method,it advocates student-centered learning,pays attention to the improvement of students’ individual abilities and mastery of professional skills,breaks the barriers of traditional teaching mode,and injects new vitality into the study of different professional fields of higher education.In order to solve the problem that the quality of on-the-job education is not high,the on-time postgraduate study time is tight,and the combination of teaching theory and practice is not close.At the beginning of 2015,the School of Education Science and Management of Yunnan Normal University explored the practical application of PBL teaching method.After more than three years from 2015-2018,the six batches of students who are studying for a degree in education management have been taught.Through the selection of three professional courses that are more in line with the PBL course,the PBL method is used to apply the professional courses to the on-the-job education.Manage professional degree graduate students and explore the effects of their practice.Through the analysis of the effectiveness of teaching practice,the PBL course has a certain effect in the application of graduate students in education management.More than 80% of in-service graduate students recognize this teaching method and hold a more positive attitude,but due to the trial and initial stage.Some students are confused or confused,and this kind of teaching method is not deeply understood.Themain improvement is reflected in the improvement of basic and scientific research capabilities and comprehensive management ability,but the effect of interpersonal relationship communication and processing,and psychological adaptation is not significant.Therefore,in the formulation of teaching plans,it should deal with different basic and different levels of education management.Professional degree graduates take a variety of functional cases to explore,increase students’ discussion of interpersonal case handling,and simulation of real-life situation adjustment of work and life pressure,etc.,in order to continuously improve the follow-up PBL teaching in the application of degree in education management Consolidate the foundation. |
