Specialized degree has a history of more than 20 years. Until now, it has brought up a large number of special talented people. However, there are some problems of one kind or another. To follow and solve these problems, it is an important guarantee to make specialized degree developed fast and well.In a word, specialized degree deals with three main problems, which involves the title, the conduction and the management. To begin with, the title of specialized degree means the target and service orientation. Both characteristics of talent cultivation and curriculum depend on this. The conduction of specialized degree is something about what pattern and model to be used in conduct specialized degree. The management of specialized degree is a question about how to guarantee the quality of specialized degree. It is not only the fruit but also the safeguard of specialized degree.Based on above-mentioned understanding, this text tries to make a case study of specialized degree to conduct a preliminary research of the title, the conduction and the management of specialized degree. I hope that one of these three problems will have a enlightenment significance.This text is divided into five parts.Chapter one is introduction, which is made up of the basis of the study, research meaning, literature review and research method. In literature review, there are definitions about the core concept in this concept.Chapter two is about the conduction of master of education to seek for the problems of specialized degree conduction. It can be regarded as a mirror which can reflect the title of specialized degree and the management of specialized degree. Based on this idea, it puts forward that four difficult positions about the conduction of specialized degree. The four difficult positions are mainly about professional advantages, model transformation, the construction of practice teaching system and the change of social prestige. They are preliminarily analyzed in this chapter.Chapter three is about the title of specialized degree from six dimensions. They are policy, train object, occupation, curriculum, training process and compare. All of them explain the special ideas of specialized degree.Chapter four is about the origin force of management of specialized degree. There are four forces in this context including the ideal management of specialized degree, the management of curriculum and instruction, management of teaching and scientific of teacher stuff and the management of social prestige of specialized degree. It is also a respond to the four problems of the conduction of specialized degree mentioned above.The last part of the context is the conclusion, which refine emphasis the important ideas of the study.
