Research On Knowledge Representation And Reasoning Of Educational Emergencies In Ethnic Regions Based On Petri Net

In recent years, all kinds of unconventional education emergencies occur frequently, in our country minority areas, such as Yunnan Province, Guangxi province, Xizang and other minority areas. In the Internet age, information spread quickly, education emergencies have high social attention, so once such events happen, the normal teaching order and school image not only will be affected, but also have a series of negative chain reaction, further to say, will become a part of disharmony in the important process of the harmonious society construction. Education emergencies forms tend to diversification; its influence factors have dynamic characteristic. By monitoring real-timely the occurrence and development situation of such events, analyzing timely accurately related data, improve the decision-making ability of emergencies and the efficiency of processing events. Petri Net can better describe the complex system that has the characteristics of concurrency, asynchronous, parallel, indeterminacy and so on, and is very suitable for modeling and analysis of the education emergencies. Based on the above, introduce Petri Net to do knowledge representation and reasoning method research for the education emergencies of ethnic areas, build the corresponding knowledge base, provide the good theoretical basis for emergencies aided decision-making. The paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Based on Petri Net and the basic theory of knowledge engineering, to combine with the concepts and characteristics of the education emergencies of ethnic areas, extend the basic Petri Net and fuzzy Petri Net, and put forward a kind of knowledge representation method and its reasoning algorithm(intuitionistic extension fuzzy Petri Net, namely IEFPN), which are used in information retrieval of the education emergencies of ethnic areas. And then demonstrate the model combining with example.(2)Based on the proposed IEFPN, study the conflict detection mechanism of knowledge reasoning. Put forward the specific algorithm, and find out more accurately and quickly the logical errors(conflicts) that have been or may be in the knowledge base, which lay solid foundation for building static and dynamic knowledge base of education emergencies and information retrieval.(3)Use the reasoning and the dynamic knowledge model of the education emergencies field of ethnic areas to realize efficient and personalized information retrieval of education emergencies of national regions based on Petri Net.
