The development of strength quality has a good effect on the growth and development of junior high school students and the prevention of sports injury.It has a positive effect on junior high school students to master basic sports skills and improve their sports ability;It has a positive effect on the formation of good will quality of students;It has a positive effect on the cultivation of students 'lifelong sports concept;Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the development of student strength.In order to effectively help young people improve their physical fitness and respond to the country's call to find suitable exercise methods and forms of activities for young people's physical characteristics,this study has initiated a set of strength quality exercises to help students perform strength quality exercises.Through the experimental research on the use of this kind of strength quality exercise in the first grade girls 'physical education practice,it provides new ideas for the later researchers on how to improve the physical quality of students,and provides theoretical reference and basis for related scholars to study.In this study,the methods of literature review,experiment,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics were used to carry out experimental research.The 196 girls in the first grade of the first middle school in Chenggong District,Kunming,were divided into two experimental classes and two control classes.In the experimental class,they were trained using the practice method of strength and quality exercise,and in the control class,they were used.Traditional strength practice method training.Before the experiment,the relevant indicators of the body shape,body function,physical strength quality,and subjective attitude of the students in the control class and the experimental class were tested,and the independent sample T test was used for comparative analysis.The results showed that there was no significant difference in body shape,body function,physical strength quality,and students 'subjective attitude between the control class and theexperimental class(P≫0.05),meeting the conditions for experimental research.After three months of teaching experiments,the relevant indicators of the body shape,body function,physical strength,and subjective attitude of students in control and experimental classes were tested again.The independent sample T test and paired sample T test are used to analyze it.The results are as follows:(1)There was no significant difference between the height,body weight,and Weierweike index test results of the experimental class students and the control class students in the physical form test project(P≫0.05).(2)There is a significant difference between the test results of the lung capacity index project in the physical function test program of the experimental class and the test results of the control class students(P≪0.05).There was no significant difference between experimental and control students in heart rate test results(P≫0.05).(3)After the experiment,the students in the experimental class in the physical strength quality test project had a significant difference between the test results of the oblique body lead up,sitting position,hands throwing solid ball,knee rolling,supine leg lifting,standing long jump,Bulgarian squat project and the test results of the control class students.Sex difference(P≪0.05).There was no significant difference between the test results of the two sets of prostrate,sit-up,vertical jump(P≫0.05).(4)After the experiment,the experimental students had a significant difference between the emotional and behavioral test results of the experimental students and the test results of the control class in the subjective attitude questionnaire test of strength quality and exercise(P≪0.05).There was no significant difference between experimental students and control students(P≫0.05).The above findings lead to the following conclusions:(1)The use of strength quality exercise as a method of strength quality exercise in the first grade girls 'physical education class is very obvious to the students' physical strength quality exercise and the exercise effect of cardiopulmonary function.The students 'physical strength quality can basically be balanced.development.(2)The traditional exercise of strength quality has a good effect on students' physical strength quality exercise in the trunk and lower limbs,but the effect on upper limb strength and cardiopulmonary function is not obvious.Students 'physical strength has not been balanced development.All in all,the exercise effect of power quality exercise is better than the traditional strength quality exercise.(3)Exercise of strength and quality exercise helps to stimulate students' motivation,improve students' interest in learning,increase students 'sense of self-efficacy,and cultivate self-confidence.It is helpful for students to cultivate the sense of cooperation,unity and competition.(4)Exercise of strength quality exercise helps students to improve their understanding of the exercises and methods of power quality from the subjective consciousness,and improve their enthusiasm and initiative in exercising,not only being able to exercise power quality correctly.It can also help others and guide others to practice,and help students to cultivate their lifelong sports awareness.
