Research On The Outsourcing Operation Of Sports Stadium Resources In Colleges And Universities In Kunming

The operation and management of university sports stadiums and gymnasiums is an important part of the sports industry in colleges and universities.The development of university sports stadiums and gymnasiums directly affects the development of the whole sports industry in China.There are standard venues,complete facilities,beautiful environment and so on,which is the ideal physical fitness place for teachers and students and the residents around them.In recent years,the development of university stadiums and gymnasiums has ushered in a great challenge,such as how to make full use of the idle stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities,how to lighten the burden brought to the schools by the university stadiums and gymnasiums,and how to operate them.Facing the challenge,some colleges and universities choose to outsource the sports stadiums and gymnasiums.The outsourcing operation of college sports stadiums and stadiums resources can solve the problem of lack of resources of sports stadiums and stadiums in our country at present,and can promote the whole people's fitness better.This article mainly uses the literature method,the expert interview method,the field investigation method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method,the logic analysis method,SWOT analysis was used to study the outsourced sports venues in 6 out of 13 public undergraduate universities in Kunming.To understand the status quo of the outsourced operation of university sports venues in Kunming,the reasons of outsourcing operation,the form of outsourcing operation,the purpose of outsourcing operation,etc.,and analyze the factors that affect the outsourcing operation of university stadiums and gymnasiums in Kunming.Combined with the specific situation of Kunming university sports stadiums and gymnasiums,the paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Kunming university stadiums and gymnasiums outsourcing,constructs the related SWOT matrix,and draws the corresponding development strategy.The results show that: first,there are few colleges and universities to outsource the resources of college sports stadiums in Kunming.The main venues of outsourcing are badminton courts and swimming pools,while the outsourced resources of college sports stadiums are relatively abundant.Second,the reasons of Kunming university sports stadiums resource outsourcing operation are: lack of related managers,high operating costs,low income,insufficient management experience,can have fixed income,no need to bear security risks and low utilization of stadiums;Third,the attention of Kunming university sports stadiums resource outsourcing operation problems are: safety issues,management issues,the strength of contractors,the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students;Fourth,the purpose of Kunming university stadiums resource outsourcing is: better teaching management,increase the funding source of school stadiums,improve the utilization rate of stadiums and stadiums,and maintain stadiums resources.The purpose of the contractor is to gain commercial benefits and increase the influence of the company;Fifth,the internal factors that affect the resource outsourcing of sports venues in Kunming are as follows: the allocation of physical stadium resources is not perfect,the relevant leading teachers have insufficient understanding of the outsourcing operation,and the capital cost of the outsourcing operation is too high.The geographical location of university stadiums and gymnasiums,external factors are:lack of professional outsourcing team resources,lack of sports consumption demand and ability,bring security hidden trouble;Sixth,the SWOT analysis of Kunming University stadiums resource outsourcing:(1)advantage factors: University stadiums and gymnasiums idle,environmental resources advantages,facilities configuration,geographical advantages,School brand advantage.(2)inferior factors: management restriction,student preferential policy restriction,exercise time conflict,sports item conflict,concept restriction.(3)opportunity factor: the rise of management company,the appearance of business opportunity,(4)threat factors: the threat of campus security,the increase of surrounding sports venues,the improvement of operational management requirements.On the basis of the results of the research,according to the construction of SWOT analysis matrix to explore the development strategy of Kunming universitystadiums and gymnasiums,finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the resource outsourcing of Kunming university stadiums and gymnasiums.
