At present,the theoretical research on the connotation and development principles of mathematics expansion courses has received extensive attention from scholars,but there is no empirical research on the status quo of implementation.Based on this,the middle school teachers and students who have already started the mathematics development course are selected as the research object,and analyze the problems existing in the current course implementation process from the aspects of curriculum implementation foundation,course teaching and course evaluation,in order to improve the development of junior high school mathematics development course.Implementation provides a corresponding improvement strategy.Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,they cut into the teacher and student level respectively,and studied the perspectives of the frontline teachers and students on the opening,teaching and evaluation of the junior middle school mathematics expansion course.Based on the data analysis,the teachers were found.Generally speaking,mathematics expands the curriculum,but there are the following problems in the implementation: the foundation of the curriculum is weak;the curriculum teaching lacks innovation;the curriculum evaluation system is not perfect.Therefore,the author proposes corresponding improvement strategies:(1)to play the leading role of experts and scholars,and strengthen the foundation of mathematics development curriculum.By optimizing the teacher training of the extended curriculum,improving the ability of teacher curriculum development,strengthening cooperation with experts and scholars,and building a cooperative community;(2)stimulating teachers' innovation and enriching the mathematics development curriculum teaching model.Encourage teachers to build a variety of extended courses with a flexible approach to teaching;(3)Improve the examination system for the senior high school entrance examination and diversify the evaluation of mathematics development courses.The senior high school entrance examination is the vane of the implementation of the curriculum,advocating the improvement of the examinationsystem,paying attention to the process evaluation,and conducting multi-dimensional and multi-faceted evaluation.
