The music of Lombard music is romantic,tender and tender.It is a dance that expresses love.Its mature dance technique and exotic unique style are known as the“ Land of Latin Dance ”.Rumba is mainly based on the continuous use of the abdomen,back,waist muscles,the compression of the shoulder blades,the rotation of the hips,the force of the legs and the extrusion of the floor to complete the combined action.By visiting the professional teachers of 20 Latin dance training institutions in Guangzhou,we learned that because the music of Rumba is relatively slow,the first contact for students is Lombard.When the teaching of Rumba is not enough,the students have insufficient strength or core strength.There are phenomena such as loose waist,body not vertical,ugly posture,and lack of technology.The thesis researches and analyzes the related points of the core strength training part and the lombard movement part,finds the similarities between the two,explores the positive role played by the core strength training in the teaching of rumba,summarizes and explores and can promote the rumba The means and methods of dance teaching provide a theoretical basis for the rapid and orderly development of Lumba in the future,combining core strength training with Lumba teaching,enriching the entire Lombard teaching theory system,and promoting students' more standardized and scientific learning of Rumba..The paper uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method as the research method,and carries out step-by-step empirical research to obtain the following research results:1.Through the core strength training,the explosive force and endurance of the anterior muscles,back muscles and lumbar muscles of the rumba dance students can be effectively improved.Introducing the core strength training into the teaching of rumba can improve the physical fitness and dance level of the dancers as a whole..2.Rumba as the basic level of the China Sports Dance Federation,including the introduction of rumba,so the rumba dance is the representative dance in the Latin dance of sports dance,in the use of technology in the teaching of rumba is roughly divided into primary,intermediate,In the three advanced stages,the technical movements and standards corresponding to each stage are different,but each stage of the Lombard dance requires the dancers to have good physical fitness.The rational application of core strength training to the teaching of rumba can help different levelsof rumba dancers to improve their balance and stability,body muscle control and dance level.3.The core strength training was applied to the teaching of rumba dance.The subjects of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in the four important aspects of core explosiveness and endurance,time value and basic rhythm,basic posture and technical skills.
