Teacher professional development is related to the quality of education.The quality of education is related to the future of the country.In the new era,teacher professional development has become a focus of attention in education reform.The professional development of teachers is the continuous process of teacher self-improvement,accompanied by the teacher's entire career.With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,people's learning methods have also changed.While teachers receive formal training,informal learning provides teachers with more convenient learning paths and more flexible learning time.This paper attempts to further study the significance of teachers' informal learning for teachers' professional development based on previous studies,and build an informal learning platform for teachers' professional development,so as to optimize teachers' informal learning and make them better promote teachers' professional development.This paper firstly sorts out the research status of informal learning platforms for professional development of teachers at home and abroad,and interviews science teachers to understand their existing problems and teachers' needs,and then determine the research content.Secondly,we review the constructivist learning theory,informal learning theory,teacher specialization theory,long tail theory,and situated learning theory to provide theoretical guidance for the study of this article.This article combines the problems found in the interviews and research process,and puts forward the construction principles of teachers' professional development network platform and mobile platform respectively According to the proposed construction principles,a teacher professional development network platform and a teacher professional development mobile platform have been constructed.Finally,in accordance with different learning objectives,design instructional design templates for three types of knowledge points.Provides convenient preparation for teachers and promotes the professional development of science teachers.Finally,the paper investigates the effectiveness of the platform,analyzes and summarizes the preliminary results achieved by the platform,and proposes a follow-up research perspective.
