Since its creation in the nineteenth century,voluntary service has been widely social,universally altruistic,publicly profitable,and long-term sustainable.With the participation of college students,this activity has continued to promote individuals,All-round and rapid development of groups and communities.Facing the complicated social reality,the self-realization and social identification of contemporary college students urgently need to participate in social practice activities through volunteer service activities,build socialist qualified citizenship,find the entrance into the real society,and enter the ranks of building a national society.National and national contributions.Western scholars have developed a more complete theory of college students' voluntary service.Chinese scholars have flexibly used “bringing doctrine” to localize frontier theories quickly,highlighting the Chinese characteristics of college students' voluntary service theory,making up for its shortcomings,and taking advantage of the socialism of our universities To promote the regularization and institutionalization of volunteer services for college students in China.This article takes college students in Songjiang District of Shanghai as the research object.Through interviews with college student volunteers and managers organized by college student volunteers,and using comprehensive research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method,etc.The problems in the volunteer service activities of college students take the following steps to discuss in detail how to systematically construct a long-term mechanism for college students' voluntary service.First of all,the author consulted a large amount of literature,combed the theoretical research and actual development status of voluntary service at home and abroad,and introduced the background,research purpose and significance of this article in detail.Secondly,the author delves into the social transformation theory of altruistic behavior,practical education and leadership development,clearly summarizes the basic concepts of college student volunteer service,and promotes the long-term effectiveness and long-term mechanism of college student volunteer service.Volunteer service long-term status survey and long-term mechanism construction lay the theoretical foundation.Again,the author,through the design of the questionnaire,the choice of the survey object and the statistical analysis of the survey data,believes that Shanghai University students have made significant achievements in volunteer service,setting a benchmark for the promotion of ideological and political education in Chinese universities.Finally,the author firmly grasps the two levels of leadership and management mechanisms,analyzes the problems of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service,digs into the short-term factors at the leadership level,and constructs recruitment,training,assessment,incentives,and evaluation feedback.Sustainability factors at the management level in the link are investigated and quantitatively analyzed from a micro perspective and empirical methods to analyze the elements,element combinations,combination models and combination effects of constructing a long-term mechanism for college students ' voluntary service,trying to establish a relatively mature and effective The long-term mechanism of sustainable development provides good policy recommendations for national college students' voluntary service. |
