The concept of blended learning has been developed more than ten years since it was introduced into China in 2003.In terms of national policies,the Ministry of Education issued the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan in April 2018.It called on us to build a big platform of “Internet + Education” and continue to promote the in-depth integration of information technology and education.In terms of material conditions,with the continuous development of social economy and information technology,smart mobile terminal and Mobile Internet are increasingly popular.At the same time,under the background of Media Convergence,various forms of knowledge dissemination bloom.All of the above not only provide a solid foundation for the implementation of blended learning,but also put forward new ideas and requirements for the development of blended learning.At present,there are many researches on blended learning at home and abroad.But there are few researches on using blended learning in a specific course,and most of them just used a single learning platform to implement blended learning.In this study,object of study is the undergraduate students majoring in Educational Technology,and the learning content is the course of Computer 3D Animation.I will design and develop blended learning resources,and discuss the application method of blended learning resources in practical application.The study of blended learning resources' development and application from the following aspects:1.I will sort out the core concepts,relevant theory and strategies to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of blended learning.2.I will analyze the course of Computer 3D Animation.Then I will design and develop blended learning resources based on it,and pay attention to the diversity of resources in form and content fragmentation.3.I will use blended learning resources in practical course.In the course,I will focus on the timeliness and interactivity of the learning platform,and advocate that learners can freely choose the content they are interested in.4.I will analyze the application process and results of blended learning resources in practical course,and put forward research summary and prospect.Compared with other studies on blended learning,the main innovation of this paper is that it actively responded to the call of education informatization 2.0 action plan.Combining “Internet” and “Education” to implement blended learning.It developed blended learning resources according to the specific course content,and emphasized the using of various media in the application.Blended learning can not only serve classroom learners,but also attract many social learners outside the classroom.This thesis is of great significance to the development and application of blended learning resources in a specific course.
