On the basis of previous studies,the author measured the current mental health level of junior middle school students in C middle school of H city by questionnaire survey and experiment.From the theoretical knowledge of history teaching and mental health education,we know that it is very necessary to integrate the material about mental health into the history class of junior high school.At the same time,we can see from the previous studies that this action has a certain degree of operability.Therefore,this paper considers the teaching strategies from four aspects: strengthening the mental health education skills of history teachers in junior high school,integrating the principles of mental health education into the history class in junior high school,enhancing the successful experience of students in the history class,and building a harmonious psychological atmosphere in the history class.After one semester's practice in history class,the mental health status of the class was tested again.The test results showed that the students' mental health status rose to a certain level after the purposeful and strategic infiltration of mental health education in history class.This means that in the junior middle school history teaching in adaptation to the level of students' mental psychological material has a certain effect,the students' psychological quality is improved,also can meet the requirements of the society for talents,the research achievements of this paper may cultivate students in junior middle school history class do some meager contribution to good psychological quality.
