Junior middle school is an important period of rapid changes in students' psychology and physiology,and the changes of external factors can easily affect them,resulting in various psychological problems.If the teacher carries on the mental health education to the student at this time,it will certainly be of great help in cultivating the student's sound personality.However,most schools carry out psychological education starting point is late,the time is short,psychological teachers are few,these objective factors eventually cause junior high school students mental health can not be timely taught and dredged,missed the best opportunity for education.At present,infiltrating mental health education in subject teaching is the most important and effective way.Therefore,the real main force of mental health education is the teachers of all disciplines in schools.Infiltrating psychological education in junior high school physics teaching not only meets the needs of school education forms,but also provides a new direction and motivation for physics classroom teaching.Teachers need to combine the requirements of physics teaching and the requirements of psychological education,according to the psychological characteristics of students,with physical knowledge as the carrier to help students cultivate good psychological quality.This study will use four research methods: literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and practical exploration.Through the analysis and summary of a large number of documents,we can accurately understand the research status and relevant theories of infiltrating psychological education in subject teaching at home and abroad.Through the corresponding questionnaire survey of junior middle school teachers and students in D City,through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,this paper preliminarily obtains the problems existing in the current situation of junior middle school physics infiltration mental health education,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.Then test the effect of the implementation of the strategy through practice.This research preliminarily draws the following conclusions: Delve into the physics textbooks for psychological education in the teaching content,establish a scientific and appropriate help to the development of students' mental emotion target,using a variety of teaching methods to promote students' psychological all-round development,create a good psychological education atmosphere,using a variety of teaching evaluation to help students gain the joy of learning physics,science set homework help students reduce the negative emotions,the active and needle After-school tutoring on sex helps students improve their motivation.The purpose of this study is to infiltrate effective mental health education in the junior high school physics classroom,and to provide some methods and ideas for front-line teachers to infiltrate mental health education in the junior high school physics classroom.Thus,teachers can improve their professional abilities and students can actively participate in learning activities and get better development.
