In today’s world, with the progress of science and technology and the acceleration of modernization, the competition is fierce, various pressure is also growing, Junior middle school students in this kind of environment enter adolescence, fast physical growing, mental changes and they are easy to produce all kinds of psychological problems. how to carry out the mental health education for them is an important subject in our middle school education. One of the most effective way is to penetrate adolescent mental health education in the daily teaching. Penetration of adolescent mental health education in history teaching in junior middle school is not only the needs of a new era of education, but also the new research direction and motivation in the two aspects of educational theory and teaching practice are explored on the penetration of adolescent mental health education in history teaching in junior middle school, by using the method of investigation, literature review method, experience summary method. This thesis expounds the necessity and feasibility of osmotic psychological education among junior middle school history teaching with my practical experience in junior middle school history teaching, I explore the implementation content, adolescent mental health education in the junior high school history teaching approaches and the methods and the basic quality of the junior middle school history teachers should have. To fully exploit the rich curriculum resource in the advocated in the history teaching in junior middle school, we should find the combination of adolescent mental health education with our teaching according to the psychological characteristics of adolescent students for their organic osmotic psychological health education. It can help students to develop good habits, cultivate positive emotions and good will quality, to form a correct outlook on life, the values and the scientific view of the world, which are a solid foundation for their future study and life.
