Practical Research Of Group Work To Adjusting Elderly Spare House Relation

With tendency of national aging becoming more and more apparent,institution care,which is significant part of the national elderly care system,makes a great contribution.Institution elderly relation plays a fundamental role on many aspects,such as supportive net,psychological demands,institution adjustment and life quality.This thesis focuses on institution self-care elderly spare house relation through group work.The purpose is to share past spare house experience to express unpleasant feelings,to realize spare house relation influenced by personality and generosity,to know more about different kinds of personal interests,habits and communication tips,and finally to prevent spare house relation nervousness.At the same time,efforts of group static and dynamics elements to process and results would be revealed.The process contains guessing game,broadcasting audios and videos,sharing beneficial spare house experiences and so on.After processing,group members'recognition is added up.Group cohesion among some group members is shown up.Group members realize spare house relation influenced by personality,generosity and know about different kinds of personal interests and habits,some communication tips and skills.By analyzing group dynamics and constructing model,social worker's personality,leading methods,some skills are obviously beneficial for aims' achievement and group members' anxiety of relation nervousness,worry about recruitment rules,their absence are not.
