The nineteenth report pointed out that the need for a better life of our people is becoming more and more extensive.Education fairness is an important aspect of social justice,while obligatory education fairness is also a key link to achieve education fairness.Marx attached great importance to the public and free education of children.Although he did not make a special discussion on the issue of education fairness,his education fairness thought was scattered in his related works and was built on the foundation of historical materialism and dialectical materialism.From the basic requirements of socialist education fairness and the conditions for the realization of socialist education fairness,he expounds the appearance of socialist education fairness,which is of great significance for promoting the transformation of China's obligation education fairness from “reality” to “reality” and from “form fairness” to “fact fairness”.At the present stage,there is still a certain gap between the “reality” of the obligation education and the “necessity” of Marx's objective requirements for the fairness of socialist education,which can be said to face many problems.As a socialist country,the analysis and solution of these problems cannot be separated from the guidance of Marx's education concept of fairness.Based on Marxist education fairness in education on the socialist society the basic requirement of justice and the idea of the implementation conditions for logic main line,through the analysis of present situation of our country compulsory education fair with Marx put forward the basic requirements of socialist education fair on the head and the causes of the gap,in Marx's education fair the audience about the concept of the condition to realize the socialist education fair for theoretical support,and find the path to promote the development of our country compulsory education fair.The text consists of three parts:Chapter one: an investigation of Marx's education concept of fairness.This part,as the logical starting point of this paper,investigates the theoretical resources,practical basis and main contents of Marx's education concept of fairness.It systematically discusses Marx's criticism of the inequity of capitalist education and on this basis the basic requirements and realization conditions of the future socialist education.Chapter two: the situation analysis of obligations education fairness in China from the perspective of Marx's education fairness view.This part is the logic item of this paper.Based on the content of chapter one,this part analyzes the situation of development of current obligation education in China,including the actual gap and reasons between the right to education,education opportunity,education condition and basic requirements of Marx's education concept of fairness.Chapter three: consideration of the fair development path of China's obligation education from the perspective of Marx's education fair view.This part is the logical end and research objective of this paper.Based on the analysis of the “realistic gap” and its causes in chapter two,this paper takes Marx's conception of the conditions for the realization of socialist education fairness as the theoretical basis,and puts forward the way to solve the problem of education fairness in China based on the concrete reality of education equitable development of China's current obligations.
