As the most basic form of the level three training system of competitive sportsinChina,the development of extracurricular training activities plays an important role in the cultivation and transportation of excellent sports reserve talents in China.It is an urgent problem for us to vigorously carry out extracurricular training activities to realize the sustainable development of sports in China.Through combing the literature of various existing sports traditional project schools,it is found that there are more literatures to study the overall development of sports traditional project schools,and there are fewer articles on the extracurricular training of sports traditional project schools.This article takes Guangzhou Middle School tennis Traditional Project school training practice as the research object,takes Guangzhou 7 middle school Tennis tradition Project School 10 teacher trainer and 114 students participating in the school student athlete as the investigation object.Through the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,field observation and mathematical statistics,this Guangzhou the present situation of the school training of tennis traditional project in middle school.This paper makes a statistical factor analysis on the influencing factors that affect the students ' athletes taking part in the extracurricular training of tennis in the traditional tennis project of Guangzhou Middle School,and finds out the main factors that affect the students ' athletes ' extracurricular training in the traditional tennis School of Guangzhou Middle School,and carries on the mathematical analysis,It provides some valuable theoretical basis and practical reference for the smooth development of the training activities of the traditional tennis Project school in Guangzhou Middle School.By clarifying the results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Guangzhou Tennis Traditional Project The management mechanism of middle school is relatively single,and the management mode is backward.Tennis traditional Project The overall number of secondary schools is small,mainly concentrated in the central urban area of Guangzhou,the number of traditional tennis project schoolsaround the urban areas to be increased,coaches of the age structure,teaching years more reasonable situation,high education,high titles of coaches less,scientific research awareness is weak.Therefore,the overall quality of coaches needs to be improved.2.The Guangzhou tennis traditional project has more time for technical and tactical training,physical training and less time for psychological training.The training team training time can basically be guaranteed.The selection of coaches lacks scientific,and the formulation of training plans lacks long-term consideration.3.Guangzhou Tennis Traditional Project Secondary school training is less financial investment,training and competition funding is mainly to the Municipal Education Bureau,Sports Bureau of the special funds,the source channels are relatively single,the site equipment can basically meet the needs of tennis teaching and after-school training.4.There are many factors that affect the participation of students and athletes in tennis extracurricular training activities of Guangzhou Middle School tennis Traditional Project school.there are mainly personal development factors,training factors,behavioral habits factors,management factors,safeguard factors.
