| This article from the traditional project school table tennis development status quo,using literature,observation,interview and investigation method,through field visits,interviews with school leaders,13 of Guangzhou city table tennis traditional sports school athletes and coaches,questionnaires,survey to the Guangzhou city table tennis training status and traditional project school coaches and athletes the situation,combined with the actual situation of society,economy and education in Guangzhou City,and find out the influence factors of Guangzhou city table tennis tradition project school development,and puts forward pertinent and feasible suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the management of table tennis in Guangzhou middle school is reasonable,and the goal is diversified.However,the overall number is small and the distribution is uneven.At the same time,the school has a single source of funding,infrastructure and health care needs to continue to improve.(2)the overall age distribution of coaches in the traditional table tennis school in Guangzhou city is balanced,and most of them are bachelor degree.However,the overall level of professional coaches is not high,the scientific research ability is not strong,the lack of organizational competition,many weeks and stage planning training,lack of long-term planning.(3)middle school table tennis tradition project in Guangzhou,the majority of parents support actively participating athletes,athletes love table tennis training,the number is sufficient,but the imbalance between men and women,athletes skill level is not high overall talent selection and talent delivery channels need to improve.(4)through the survey found at the same time the leadership of the school students’ table tennis activities and not enough,causing students’ enthusiasm for table tennis table tennis course is not enough,less,the lack of professional physical education teacher guidance,students table tennis matches such as shallow,lack of phenomenon. |
