Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Public Sports Service System In Zhongshan International Baseball Town

The rapid development of China's economy provides a solid material basis and spiritual and cultural needs for the improvement of people's quality of lif e.With the increasing awareness of national fitness,people attach importance t o healthy life,and people's sports demand is increasing.Constructing and perfe cting a reasonable public sports service system is an important carrier for deve loping national fitness and building a strong sports country.As a product of th e new urbanization development in the new era,sports towns with sports chara cteristics play an important role in promoting sports industry and promoting sp orts undertakings.Taking the operation mechanism of public sports service syst em in Zhongshan International Baseball Town as the research object,this paper uses the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey and ex pert interview,and combines the development characteristics of Zhongshan Bas eball Town to analyze and study the operation mechanism of public sports serv ice system in Zhongshan Baseball Town.Through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the operation mechan ism of public sports service system in Zhongshan International Baseball Town i s to meet the needs of public sports in the area of the small baseball town,a nd to guide and regulate the internal and external factors and system of public sports product service supply with the government as the leading force and so cial forces.Conclusion:The government-dominated multi-decision makers make policy d ecisions according to the sports needs of the masses,but because of the long period of decision-making transformation,the effect of decision-making is affect ed.(2)The government,enterprises and schools and other suppliers provide the public sports product service focusing on baseball projects to the society;(3)the government,enterprises and schools and other management bodies cooperat e in many ways to manage the service supply,so as to realize the effective o peration of the system.(4)Multi-party cooperation mode provides policy and fi nancial guarantee for the effective operation of the system,safeguard mechanis m and feedback on the supply of public sports services,and makes better deci sions.(5)Decision-making mechanism,supply mechanism,guarantee mechanismand management mechanism are interrelated to form a logical and rational op eration mechanism to support the provision of public sports services in Zhongs han International Baseball Town.Among them,there are the following problem s in the operation of the mechanism: long decision-making transformation cycle,insufficient industrial integration,insufficient supply power,too single service object,insufficient internal linkage of management subjects and infrastructure pr otection to be strengthened.In view of the main problems,the corresponding c ountermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,to increase publicity and actively guide;second,to accelerate the development of sports industry and i mprove the quality of supply;third,to strengthen multi-party cooperation and i mprove the efficiency of decision-making and management;fourth,to expand t he service object and enrich the service of public sports products.
