This paper mainly researches the realization of the Decision Support Component in human resource management system.The decision support system is an advanced information management system.This system makes full use of the corporation information that has been accumulated before,and provides an environment for the decision-maker to analyze the issues and mimic the decision making procedure and the program...it also can help the decision-makers to improve the quality of the decision by the help of different kinds of information resources and analyzing tools.DSS plays a more and more important role in the information utilization and extraction area.Now the decision support system has been used in many fields,however,in the field of human resources management,the application of DSS has just started.If we can applied DSS into human resource management system,we can resolve the embarrassments between data explosion and the knowledge lack.So this paper will be a beneficial exploration.This study aims to make use of data mining tools to fulfill the construction of DSS in the basis of the existing human resource management system.With the help of decision-support models,the system can predict and analyze the future issues in human resources management, it can also provide the necessary support in human resources decision such as staffrecruitment, employee training,and the performance evaluation etc.Firstly This issue introduces the research background and significance,and then elaborates on the concept of decision support systems,the work processes and key technologies, Secondly,the paper discussed the feasibility of combining HRMS and DSS,thirdly author reference to other mature decision support systems and the characteristics of human resources management,designs the fundamental structure of the DSS in the HRMS.Lastly the paper mimic the procedure of staff recruitment,constructs the decision-support model to predict the future performance of candidates,and verifies the function of the DSS.At last,the paper describes and summarizes the issues,and puts forward the following job about the system.
