How Did Social Work Documents Be Written By Graduate-interns

The content of this article is based on a qualitative study on the subject of "Document Work during the Summer Internship of the graduate-intern".The study attempts to explore the general process of manufacturing social work documents by interviewing social work graduate-interns and analyzing the process of writing social work documents when they be occupied by social work organizations.The main source of the research data is the interview records of the unstructured interviews conducted by the researchers on seven graduate-interns from a university in China.This article consists of five parts: the Introduction,the writing process of the bidding,the writing process of the recording document,the writing process of the funding application form,and the summary analysis of the writing process of social work documents.The writing process of three types of social work documents will be merged into one chapter and will be demonstrated in subsections.The part Introduction introduces the motives of the researchers in conducting this research,and reviews the research results of "Document","New Managerialism" and "Bureaucracy" in the academic world.In addition,the article also explains the methods used in the study,the goal of the research and the limitations of the research.The focus of this study was on the process of respondents writing social work documents during their summer internships.In the second chapter,this study describes and analyzes several representative paper writing processes to explore the processes that interns have to experienced in completing the task of writing documents.On this basis,the study also describes what factors shape the content of the document and how the author of the document interacts with the institution and other social work organizations during the process of writing the document.In the third chapter,this study summarizes the writing process of social work documents.Then compares the differences between various types of paper writing processes and explains the reasons for these differences.At the end of the article,researcher reveals the characteristics of the social work organization's operation in the context of “New Managerialism”through analysis interns' social work document writing process.And how these characteristics are expressed through the organization's document work.
