Research On The Opening Mechanism Of University Research Data

At present,information technology is developing rapidly and research data is also growing at a massive rate.Under the background of the open data movement sweeping the globe,open science with the concept of “freedom,openness,cooperation,and sharing” has received extensive attention,and researchers are facing changes in the academic exchange environment and demand.And there are practical problems of “unwilling to open and not daring to open” to research data.Research on the opening of research data has become the basis and breakthrough point for promoting the sharing and reuse of research data.At the same time,colleges as one of the responsibility subjects of research data management,should fully assume the responsibility of research data opening,and researchers are the important subjects of research data production in colleges,and play an important role in open implementation of research data in colleges.Therefore,it is helpful to promote the opening of research data in colleges,improve the efficiency of research data sharing and reuse in universities,and respond to the open scientific concept by studying the influencing factors and mechanisms of university research data opening in the perspective of university researchers.Based on theories of stakeholder theory,research data life cycle theory,planned behavior theory,and technology acceptance model,this research uses literature research method,Internet survey method,semi-structured interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,takes university researchers as the research object,discusses the influencing factors of university research data opening,construct a personal factor model that affects the openness of university research data,and reveal the mechanism of university research data opening.According to the concept of scientific data and research data at home and abroad,the paper defines the linkages and differences between the openness of research data and the sharing of research data,and analyzes the existing open data sharing of government data,research data sharing or scientific data sharing at home and abroad,and summarizes the factors affecting the opening of research data in universities,and forms the factor diagram of influencing the opening of research data in universities.Through semi-structured interviews,this paper investigates the main factors affecting the opening of research data by university researchers,clarifies the importance of individual factors,and expounds the leading role of personal factorsin the openness of research data in colleges,and combines the theory of planned behavior and the technology acceptance model to construct a personal factor model that affects the openness of research data in universities and proposes hypothesis.Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires,and the path significance and path coefficient of influencing factors were analyzed in detail with the structural equation model modeling method,so as to verify the hypothesis and analyze the reasons why the hypothesis was not valid.This paper studies the mechanism model of research data opening in universities by taking the main elements of research data opening and non-main elements of research data opening(object,platform and environment)as the entry point.Taking the main body of university research data and the non-subject(object,platform and environment)elements of research data as the starting point,this paper explores the mechanism of university research data opening.By analyzing the relationship between the various elements of research data opening,the role of elements centered on the open subject of research data and the role of elements centered on the open platform of non-subjects in research data are detailed.At the same time,the paper analyzes the motivation of university research data opening,and discusses the process of university research data opening by combining research data life cycle theory and excellence stage theory.On this basis,the mechanism model of university research data opening is constructed.Finally,combined with the influencing factors of university research data opening and the mechanism analysis of research data opening,starting from the perspective of open subject and non-subject(object,platform and environment)of university research data,it puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the opening of research data of universities,which is conducive to the opening of research data in universities,promoting the sharing and reuse of research data in universities,and actively responding to the open scientific movement.This research is mainly aimed at the open research of university research data,which is different from
