Study On Brain Drain Of Agricultural Technology Professionals In Beijing Agricultural Research Institutions

As a large agricultural country,we take developing agriculture to raise agricultural output as our top priority.Agricultural scientific research units are the key to promote the development of modern agriculture,solving the "three rural problems" and promoting the development of rural economy.Agricultural technology talents are the core resources of agricultural scientific research unit.The high level of agriculture talents play an importance role for the innovation and application of agriculture technology,and its importance and rarity is more significant than ever before.Agricultural technology talents are the carrier of agricultural scientific innovation and rural practical popularization,which is also the guarantee for the development of modern agriculture and promoting farmers' income.There are some urgent problems for the loss of the talents of higher agricultural technology,the drain of talented staff to the reasonable flow and the cultivation of talents to meet the demands of the future social and economic development,which are supposed to be solved.This paper,based on the current situation and the characteristics of the brain drain of Beijing agricultural scientific research unit,summarizes the harm caused by brain drain.Through the interviews with the lost talents,the factors affecting the brain drain of agricultural scientific research units are analyzed and summarized,and the effective countermeasures to prevent the brain drain of agricultural scientific research units are put forward.The content of this thesis is divided into six parts: the first chapter analyzes the background,significance,current situation,content and method of agricultural science and technology brain drain in China.The second chapter defines the concepts and related theories used in this thesis,and provides theoretical support for the research.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of brain drain in agricultural scientific research unit.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that influence the brain drain of agricultural scientific research unit.The fifth chapter expounds the consequences of brain drain in agricultural research institutions.The sixth chapter combines the relevant theories listed in this article to put forward the countermeasures to prevent brain drain.The seventh chapter summarizes the agricultural scientific research units in China in the future.Based on the actual situation of China,this paper analyzes the loss of agricultural technology professionals in China from the perspective of partial integration.
