Research On Resource Allocation Of Community Self-organization Cultivation

In recent years,strengthening the construction of community management system,promoting the focus of society governance to the grassroots,giving full play to the role of social organizations,and promoting the sustainable development of communities using their own resources have become the topic of community construction in China.And in response to the government's policies and realistic requirements,communities and social organizations have developed the community building throughout the country.For this,the establishment of self-organization has been a symbol and an important means in the construction.Meanwhile,the social organizations act the backbone in the process of the creation naturally.Thus,it has promoted the sustainable development of the communities,as well as the social work within them.The author participated in the self-organization cultivation process of S community.In the project,social workers,as the main power in cultivating the community self-organization,have established a resource-link platform for the development of S community self-organization,optimized the integration and exertion of various resources of the organization,and thus indirectly promoted the sustainable development of the self-organization.This study collected the data of S community self-organization cultivation project by interview and participatory observation method.From the perspective of resource dependence theory and based on the origin of self-organization,this paper compared and analyzed the allocation and impact of resources of the organization before and after the intervention of social workers.Finally,the study considered how to allocate resources in order to promote self-organization cultivation better.According to the resource needs of community self-organization,social workers integrate the funds,experts,places and other existing resources needed for their development firstly,and help self-organization to achieve the docking of local resources.Secondly,by linking the external resources of the community,to further expand the scope of resources and thus promote the rational allocation of community self-organization resources.Finally,on the basis of external resource injection,social workers help community self-organization to improve the ability of self-allocation resources and hematopoiesis,and reduce the dependence of community on resources in the environment,especially on capital.This study holds that the healthy development of community self-organization can not be separated from the resource injection in the environment,which has dependence on various resources in the environment certainly.Secondly,the intervention of social workers provides an intermediate platform for community self-organization and resources,and they promote the good docking of self-organization and resources and enable self-organization to obtain the required resources timely.Finally,social workers should aim at realizing the concept of helping people to help themselves,enhance the resource hematopoietic ability of community self-organization,and promote the sustainable development of community self-organization.We should correctly understand and evaluate the social workers' own support ability.After social workers link resources,they will truly promote the sustainable development of the self-organization community.They also need to play their own role to become better both internal and external,to self-heal,and to self-support.
