With the increasing attention of the society to preschool education,the attention of the society to kindergarten teachers has also increased.As a new force of society,the post-90 s have gradually entered kindergartens after graduation.They have become teachers from students and become "post-90 s kindergarten teachers".Due to the different social backgrounds,the post-90 s kindergarten teachers,who are full of the characteristics of the times,have very distinct characteristics of the times when they are newly recruited compared with other age groups of teachers.What are the advantages or problems of post-90 s kindergarten teachers when they adapt to employment?This study uses in-depth interviews,participatory observation and case studies to collect the original materials in kindergartens.By telling their stories of job-entry adaptation,the present situation of post-90 s kindergarten teachers’ job-entry adaptation can be further revealed.Then,according to the arrangement of interview data of many post-90 s kindergarten teachers,the study object of this study,post-90 s kindergarten teachers,was firstly analyzed in terms of group characteristics,and then the overall situation of post-90 s kindergarten teachers’ induction adaptation was demonstrated from three aspects of professional mentality,professional ability and professional relationship,and the induction adaptation problems of post-90 s new kindergarten teachers were analyzed.Then,the author summarized the factors influencing the post-90 s kindergarten teachers’ induction adaptation and suggestions on promoting the post-90 s new kindergarten teachers’ induction adaptation from three aspects of post-90 s teachers themselves,kindergartens and society.In the end,the author reflected on the research methods and results.
