| China’s socialist modernization can not be separated from the modernization of education,education modernization is inseparable from the continuous optimization of teachers.With the development of the times,post-90 s teachers gradually emerge,they are the quality reserve team and will soon become the backbone of the teachers.For post-90 s teachers,most of them are in the key adaptation period of teacher professional development.Whether teachers at this stage can realize the role transformation from students to qualified teachers,will not only affect their career orientation,but will also affect the development of their entire career,and then decide what kind of teachers they will become in the future.Therefore,it is very important to investigate the current vocational adaptation situation of the primary and secondary school teachers.Through the investigation we can find that,in psychological adaptation,many post-90 s teachers have a certain enthusiasm for the occupation,but this enthusiasm comes from the goal of all-round development of students or in order to achieve its own value,etc..Their sense of responsibility as a teacher is still to be strengthened.post-90 s teachers generally have distinctive personality and unique insights.There is still mutual adjustment between teachers’ idea and schools’ educational model.In teaching adaptation,they encounter more or less difficulties such as teaching language,teaching time,classroom management,etc..However,due to different grades of teaching content or student development characteristics,primary teachers and middle school teachers encounter different problems.The former mainly can not well master the balance between the enthusiasm and discipline of students’ classroom learning,while the latter has a series of teaching problems caused by disciplinary knowledge.In interpersonal relationship adaptation,the interpersonal relationship is generally harmonious.Most teachers can build close cooperative relationships with their colleagues and get along well with students.In comparison,the harmonious degree with leaders and parents of students is not high.Some parents think they are young and lack of teaching experience,and even do not cooperate with them.Lack of communication lead to a gap between primary and secondary school teachers and leaders.The factors that affect the professional adaptability of primary and secondary school teachers are complex.In external factors,wages,geographical differences andschool management are the main aspects.In internal factors,teachers’ work achievement motivation and attitude to work is the key to career adaptation.Teachers’ physical and mental imbalance is easy to make them produce professional boredom,when teachers are bored with their occupation,they can’t adapt themselves well to their careers,and gradually formed a vicious spiral system.Therefore,we should help the primary and secondary school teachers through the following ways: Strengthen policy guarantee and promote vocational adaptation;Optimize teacher management,provide growth space;Shape cooperative culture and construct school community;provide growth guidance,stimulate internal growth momentum.In addition,the measurement of "balance state" of teachers’ work depends on themselves.The key to career adaptation lies in the self change of primary and secondary school teachers.So post-90 s teachers should also conserve professional consciousness and improve internal drive,to adapt to the occupation faster and better. |
