In the long-term production activities of human beings,influenced by geography and social cultural factors such as,economy,politics,age,class,race,ethnicity and religious beliefs,formed a behavioral model of gender role orientation and identity awareness about social division of labor and social expectations.As an important member of the whole human society,women participate in material production and population reproduction as well as men,and even bear higher labor load than men.For a long time,due to the influence of many factors,there is a gender gap between the gender role played by women and the male gender role.In certain ritual scenes and cultural contexts,the empowerment and protection of rights are relatively Men are always in an "edge" position.Eliminating gender gaps and achieving gender equality are important goals for women to empower themselves.There is no doubt that the overall development of human society requires the common development of men and women.The role that women play in many social fields cannot be replaced by men.The overall development of human society must not neglect women's development.As the main body of social development,women should actively play their own ontological role,remove negative factors that hinder their own development,enhance their awareness of rights and empowerment,and create a better future for themselves.Based on this thinking,this paper takes Miao women of Langde as the research object,through classical anthropological methods that is fieldwork into Langde and look deeply into the living conditions of local women,analysis of Miao women of Langde in traditional agriculture society scenes of gender role and tourism field,undertake social division of labor,and they play an important role,powers and rights issues,discuss current increases the female empowerment in Langde.The following was studied,the female group of Langde Miao Village has always been the main force of life and production activities of Langde Miao V illage.Whether in a relatively closed traditional farming social field or as a to urism community that has been opening to the outside world,The amount of l abor undertaken by women has been increasing,and the labor load has even e xceeded that of men.Before the development of tourism,they were the main body of family material production and population reproduction.Almost all of them are closely related to activities such as farm work,housework,husbands,the elderly and children,and it is difficult to break away from the private sp here of the family.Under the guidance of tourism,women's role in the develo pment of Langde Miao Village tourism construction is more prominent.The nu mber of people involved in tourism development and tourism activities,such as the number of people and the types of activities,are more than men.The ec onomic and social benefits of participating in tourism activities are also more obvious than men.And it is obvious that the economic and social benefits brou ght by women.In the process of social change,although the power of women in Langde Miao Village has increased,the rights are guaranteed.But in gener al,If you consider it carefully,In many specific ritual scenes and cultural cont exts,in Langde Miao Village,women's power empowerment and rights protecti on are always in a “marginal”position and a weak position relative to men.It is extremely important to deal with the empowerment of women in Langde Mi ao Village.Under the guidance of tourism,women should get rid of the shackl es of traditional gender roles and actively take the initiative to play a subjectiv e and active role.Under the concerted efforts of the state,tourism companies and various social entities,we should work together to eliminate gender differe nces and achieve true gender equality.Create a beautiful tomorrow for the wo men of Langde Miao Village.
