Research On The Present Situation And Sustainable Development Of The Diving Team In Shanxi Province

China's diving team,known as the " dream team",has been far ahead in the world diving competition,In July 2017,the World Swimming Championship won 8 gold,5 silver and 2 copper medals,and in June 2018,the FINA Diving World Cup won 11 gold and 4 Silver medals.China's diving team has achieved such excellent results,which are closely related to the efforts of the provincial team and the cultivation of talents.Shanxi Diving Team was established in 1991.Thanks to the untiring efforts and tenacious struggle of all athletes,coaches and managers,it has successively trained outstanding athletes such as Wang Liang,Sing Jing,Zhou Xin,Li Jiawei and Zhao Dong.It has achieved good results of one gold,two silver and two bronze in the National Games and also trained world champion Li Zheng.With the rapid improvement of the world's diving competitors,the catching-up of other provinces and cities,and the approaching of the 2nd Youth Olympic Games,Shanxi's diving team is facing great pressure and challenges if it wants to continue to develop healthily due to its the supporting system of diving team's competitive development is not perfect,and its geographical environment,economic level and other factors restrict it.From the perspective of the athletes,coaches and managers of the diving team in Shanxi province,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the supporting system of the diving team's competitive development,finds out the factors restricting the development of the diving team,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the sustained and healthy development of the diving team in Shanxi province.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)Lack of athletes and students.Due to the relatively small number of existing athletes;City youth diving training base and training network popularity is not high;The degree of socialization of diving events is low.(2)The contradiction between athletes' learning and training is prominent.The reason is that Taiyuan's primary and secondary schools haveimplemented the school district's corresponding entrance policy.The training time is long and the intensity is high.Coaches and athletes lack understanding of the importance of cultural lessons.(3)Lack of high-level coaches.Because coaches have been in a relatively closed environment for a long time,they have less opportunities for training and learning.Lack of scientific training basis and training plan;Less use of advanced scientific and technological instruments,etc.(4)The scientific level of material selection and training is relatively low.The reason is that the selection of diving coaches is mainly based on experience.The heavy training load leads to fatigue and sports injuries after training.(5)The management and guarantee mechanism is not perfect.It shows that the " combination of sports and education" is not in place.The way out for athletes is not guaranteed.Lack of biochemical monitoring in training and medical supervision after training.(6)The shortage of funds is attributed to the fact that the main source of funds is government funding.In the light of the problems existing in the development of diving teams in Shanxi Province,the following countermeasures are put forward:perfecting the echelon construction and expanding the propaganda of diving events;To perfect and implement the training system of " combination of sports and education" and establish a learning mode suitable for sports training and competition;Build a mutual aid platform,increase training and learning opportunities,and improve the professional ability of coaches;In strict accordance with the specified test content and indicators,scientific selection of materials,the introduction of advanced training concepts and methods at home and abroad;To deepen the management mechanism and improve the social security mechanism as well as raise funds through multiple channels to diversify sources of funds.
