| Nowadays, the cultivation quality of graduate students as well as the severe employment situation has become one of the society issues in the higher education sector as the expansion of higher education especially graduate education in China. As an integral part of the graduate education, the Sports Master education with low quality and employment results from congenital deficient and acquired disorders in the development process. In view of this situation, this study draws up two kinds of cultivation models for the Sports Master degree candidate---the academic-orientation and application-orientation based on in-depth analysis a variety of factors involved cultivation models in order to improve the quality and adaptability of the Sports Master as well as to re-build a new Sports Master cultivation model in China. Using literature, questionnaire, expert discussion, data analysis method and the logical analysis method, the study, drawing on the outstanding achievements of both ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, research on the construction of cultivation model for the Sports Master in four parts.The first part is the introduction. First of all, based on the background this study analysis the meaning and value, which provided the impetus for this study. Secondly, this paper conducted a comprehensive and comparative analysis of the relative researches about cultivation of Master education including Sports to identify the strengths and shortcomings, which are conducive to learning from the best of the results and clear understanding of the existence of disadvantage in order to achieve the breakthrough and innovation. Thirdly, the research analysis related concepts as well as the relationship of elements to provide a "concept" and "theory" support. Finally, this part introduced the study ideas and research methods.The second part is Chapter I. The research scientific and accurate analysis the current situation of the cultivation of Sports Master graduate from the historical and practical level in China. First of all, a macro-analysis on the cultivation of Sports Master has been conducted from the development process and the discipline distribution. Secondly, the paper investigates 120 Sport Master graduate instructors, 450 Sports Master degree candidate and 50 employing units through the different regions in China. Based on this study, a micro-analysis has been conducted to identify existing problems. Thirdly, on the basis of macro-and micro-analysis, the paper finds the causes of the current problems from theory, institution, idea and market to provide a factual and theoretical basis.The third part is the theoretical exploration--- Chapter II. This is theoretical research focused on the current problems in the cultivation process based on the study of the cultivation of Sports Masters Degree candidate from the historical and practical level in China. There are 4 sections in this part. Section I is the study of the essential character of the education of Sports Master degree candidate, which is deficient in present studies in China. It the crux of setting up an appropriate cultivation models for the Sports Master degree candidate and improving the high-quality to clear the essential characteristic of Sports Master graduate education. Accordingly, this study carries out the orientation of Sports Master graduate education concerning the internal operation mechanism and five factors: the nature of sports, the development trend and historical tasks, the characteristics of the sports science, the essential character of post-graduate education as well as the master's degree. Section II analyzed the purpose of Sports Masters graduate education, which is the key factor of Sports Master cultivation models. Section III classified two kinds of orientations for the Sports Master's postgraduate, namely, the academic-orientation and application-orientation combining of the current situation and demand for Sports Master graduate as well as the purpose of Sports Master graduate education. This is the requirement of the times and one of the prerequisites for cultivation model for Sports Master. Besides, those two kinds of orientations are compared in favor of clear distinction between them and to avoid related misunderstandings. Fourthly, the principles of Sports Master education are analyzed in summing up the principles of postgraduate education and in combination with the characteristics of Sports Master graduate education.The fourth part includes chapter III and chapters IV .Based on the previous study, this part constructed cultivation models for the Sports Master degree candidate. In chapter IV, drawing upon the relevant educational theory and advanced cultivation model the objectives, curriculum and culture process have been explored. On this basis, the guarantee conditions of cultivation models were analyzed from the concepts, systems, policies, financial and atmosphere. It also developed a general provision for reference. In chapter V, in view of the reality that is lack of elimination and evaluation mechanism in cultivation models for the Sports Master degree candidate, the research constructed them systematically and comprehensively to provide a reference for the Sports Master graduate cultivation units.The fifth part is conclusion---Chapter V.. This part identified the innovative ideas and achievements of this study. It also made recommendations and expectations for cultivation of Sports Master graduate.In the comprehensive use of education, history, sociology, economics, management science and other disciplines related to the theoretical knowledge, based on the development and changes in society and sports graduate education in new era, this study constructed the cultivation model for the Sports Master degree candidate which is bound to be able to guide the Sports Master graduate education, enhance the quality and social adaptation of postgraduate in order to maximize the efficiency of Sports Master graduate education resources.
