Schedule And Risk Management Of Smart Classroom Education Informationization Project

The state put forward the “Internet +” strategic plan,utilizing the integration of cloud computing,big data,AI technology and traditional industries sprung up by Internet information technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.The wisdom classroom is an important achievement of the national “Internet +” strategy in the field of education.It applies the latest information technology achievements such as cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence to the educational scene,and pushes the transformation and upgrading of the traditional education mode,so that the educational technology and educational means are comprehensively modernized,informational,and the traditional classroom is transformed into a smart classroom.The research object of this paper is the project of Intelligent Classroom Education Informatization in American Girl Class.Based on the theory of project management,this paper uses the methods and tools of project schedule management and project risk management to study.Moreover,taking the specific content of the project as a reference,according to the project management,this paper puts forward practical solutions to the project management.In the schedule control of project,WBS decomposition of the project work content is carried out to estimate the project schedule.PERT(Planning Review Technology)analysis method is used to make a reasonable work order for the implementation phase of the project,draw the network plan chart,determine the key path,and clearly show the schedule plan of the whole project through Gantt chart,and finally analyze it.The factors that may affect the schedule of the project in the implementation stage are discussed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In the aspect of risk control of project,according to the project risk management process,combined with the background and actual situation of the project,the project risk is identified by expert interviews and brainstorming method.The risk matrix tool is used to estimate,evaluate and classify the risk,and the corresponding risk response strategies and specific risk management measures are put forward.The risk monitoring method is used to show the best results.The quality of the final project has reached theexpected requirements,which provides a scientific basis for the smooth implementation of the project.
