Research objective: Focusky can make non-linear editing of teaching content and imitate the transition effect of video compared with Power Point single-line timeliness.Therefore,this paper applies Focusky in high school biology class to explore whether Focusky can effectively improve high school students' biology learning performance,which is more advantageous in terms of knowledge mastery and memory,and whether it can improve students' learning interest compared with PPT.Research methods: this paper adopts the methods of literature research,educational experiment,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey.In this paper,a large amount of relevant literature was consulted to understand the research dynamics and progress of Focusky and determine the research content and purpose.The research object is two classes with no significant difference in grade one section test results of new jiangnan experimental middle school in guigang city,which are respectively set as the control class and the experimental class.The experimental class uses Focusky to make corresponding courseware for auxiliary teaching,and the control class uses Power Point to make courseware for auxiliary teaching.Both experimental class and control class are taught by teachers themselves.In the teaching of the same chapter,the knowledge content,teaching method and teaching time covered by the two different courseware are consistent,but the presentation of the same content in different courseware is different.According to the teaching progress and students to teachers to adapt to the need time to consider,the selection of the experimental section of the fluid mosaic model of cell membrane,the cell's energy currency-ATP,“the main source of energy-cell respiration”three classes,the end of each class according to three main points of the lesson content knowledge roughly the same test: classroom test,a week after the test,a month after the test.SPSS.23 was used to make a statistical analysis of student series results,and the differences of students' academic performance between Focusky and PPT were compared.Finally,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among students in the experimental class to find out whether Focusky assistant teaching can improve students' learning interest and their evaluation of Focusky software.Results:(1)the scores of the experimental class in the three classes were slightly higher than those of the control class,but there was no significant difference between the two classes(P>0.05).There are six multiple-choice questions in the final test that are related to the experimental chapters.The scoring rates of the six questions in the experimental class are 38.8%,37.3%,20.9%,35.8%,41.8% and 47.8%,respectively,while those in the control class are:32.8%,53.7 %,28.4%,29.9%,32.8% and 43.3%,among which,the scores of four questions in the experimental class were higher than the control class,and the total average scores of the two classes were 0.7450 and 0.7383,respectively.The experimental class was slightly higher than the control class,but there was no significant difference in scores between the two classes(P=0.952(>0.05)).Explain Focusky can to a certain extent,improve the student's academic record,but no significant effect of improve grades,explain Focusky nonlinear presentation and were not significantly better than PPT affecting students learning effect.The result of the experimental class is slightly higher than that of the control class,which may be due to the novelty seeking psychology of middle school students.Focusky's unique presentation method and novel animation style have aroused students' attention and interest,stimulated their enthusiasm for learning and improved their academic performance.It may also be the learning effect brought by Focusky's presentation of content from whole to part,or it may be related to the characteristics of the subject.The experimental results may also be accidental,such as in the process of teaching practice,the class style and other factors change the impact on students,and so on,resulting in a certain deviation in the experimental results.(2)the survey result on the application of Focusky in high school biology teaching shows that the majority of students choose A and B in the 9 questions,74.45%,and the proportion of those who choose DE is very small,indicating that Focusky can be accepted and liked by the majority of students.From the interest in learning,learning,evaluation of three dimension analysis of Focusky questionnaire:(1)in terms of learning interest,74.50% of the students think compared with PPT,with Focusky auxiliary teaching can make more centralized,classroom learning biology is more interesting,enjoyable,and higher learning enthusiasm,show Focusky auxiliary teaching can improvestudents' interest in learning.(2)in terms of learning effect,58.00% of the students thought that Fousky assisted teaching could make the teaching structure presented clearer,deepen the memory of knowledge and understand the learning content to some extent compared with PPT,but 37.00% of the students were not sure.It shows that more than half of students think Focusky can help them better understand the learning content,but most of them are not sure whether it can help them improve their learning effect,and few of them hold a negative attitude.(3)according to the evaluation of Focusky,85.33% of students think that compared with PPT,the picture effect of Focusky courseware is beautiful and they like the courseware made by Fousky.They hope that teachers can continue to use Focusky for teaching,indicating that most students have a high evaluation of Focusky courseware and can accept and like the effect brought by the new courseware.Conclusion: Focusky assistant teaching can improve students' learning interest and attract students' attention.Most students prefer Focusky assistant teaching,and Focusky's animation effects and transition effects can be accepted and liked by students.Focusky assistant teaching can improve students' academic performance to a certain extent,making the results of the experimental class generally slightly higher than that of the control class,but there is no significant difference between the results and the control class.
