In recent years,the Curriculum Standards-based Curriculum Reform has been progressed all over the word,and China has also conducted a comprehensive review,perfect carding amendment and improvement of the Curriculum Standard.Based on it,the eighth Basic Education Reform has been carried out.National curriculum standards are the bases of textbook compilation,teaching,assessment and propositions of examination.Examination is the main approach to test whether teaching and learning achieve the curriculum standard.Only when the examination and curriculum standards are truly consistent,can we better play the guiding role and realize the curriculum reform.Based on the above background,this paper applied SEC analysis mode to study the mathematics test questions in Guilin and Nanjing senior high school entrance examination from 2016 to 2018,constructed a localized consistency analysis framework,analyzed the content theme,cognitive level and overall consistency,summarized the research conclusions,and gave Suggestions for improvement.Based on the research in this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2016 to 2018,the mathematics test questions and curriculum standards in Guilin and Nanjing are not significantly consistent.The consistency coefficient between Guilin mathematics test paper and curriculum standard is higher than that between Nanjing mathematics test paper and curriculum standard.(2)Conclusion of the consistency on the " content theme "The examination of "equation and inequality" in Guilin mathematics test paper is much stronger than the requirements of curriculum standards.The examination intensity of "graph and coordinate" fluctuates greatly,which does not meet the requirements of curriculum standards.The examination strength of other content topics is basically consistent with the requirements of curriculum standards.The examination strength of "equation and inequality" and "probability of event" in Nanjing mathematics test paper is much higher than the course standard.The examination strength of other content topics is basically consistent with therequirements of curriculum standards.(3)Conclusion of the consistency on the " cognitive level "Guilin mathematics test on the "level A and B" are below the curriculum standard;Guilin mathematics test on the "level D" are higher than the curriculum standard.Nanjing mathematics test on the "level A" are far below the curriculum standard;Nanjing mathematics test on the "level B" are below the curriculum standard;Nanjing mathematics test on the "level C" are higher than the curriculum standard.Mathematics tests on the "level D" are in accordance with the curriculum standard in Guilin and Nanjing.(4)For the same city,the consistency level between Guilin mathematics test paper and curriculum standard and Nanjing mathematics test paper and curriculum standard is not different in the past three years.For Guilin and Nanjing with different economic levels,the consistency level of mathematics test questions and curriculum standards is not much different between the two places.(5)Guilin mathematics test paper and Nanjing mathematics test paper have their own merits: first,Nanjing mathematics test paper pays more attention to the combination of real life and problem situation;Second,Nanjing mathematics test paper pays more attention to the examination of students' mathematical literacy.Third,Guilin mathematics test paper pays more attention to the basic content of the examination and the degree of difficulty.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)Pay more attention to keep the content theme and cognitive level reasonably balanced;(2)Draw on each other's strengths and promote balanced development of quality education;(3)Perfect the performance standard of the course standard.
