To promote the professional development of middle school teachers,to build high-quality professional teachers and to promote quality-oriented education is an inevitable requirement to deepen the reform of basic education.In order to get more ways to promote the professional development of middle school teachers,and to meet the stage and continuity,diversity and autonomy of teacher professional development,the mobile learning has become a good choice.Mobile learning is a kind of learning method for learners to acquire learning resources by using portable mobile devices such as smart phone,notebook computer,tablet and other portable mobile devices,wireless connection network,on-line,download and other ways.The mobile learning is not limited by time and place,and is an informal learning method of learning purpose,learning essence and learning plan by the learner itself.This feature of mobile learning and informal learning is a new way to promote the study of middle school teachers and the construction of teacher professional development.Informal learning and mobile learning are not only a kind of learning approach,they have their own characteristics and their own defects,they do not exist alone,and are also closely related to other emerging learning types.Mobile learning and informal learning are two kinds of learning behaviors.They are not completely inclusive.This paper discusses the informal learning behavior based on the support of mobile devices,which is part of the two learning-crossing,and focuses on the discussion of informal learning.This study uses the middle school teachers as the research object,and searches the literature with the teaching of the teacher mobile learning,the informal learning and the teacher professional development,using the EBSCO database,the Web of Science,the Google scholar and the knowledge network database to search the documents,Furthermore,the research status of mobile learning and informal learning is summarized and summarized.In combination with the theoryof life-long learning,the theory of adult learning and the theory of autonomous learning,the theoretical research framework is provided.First,in order to understand the present situation of the informal learning by the middle school teachers using the mobile terminal equipment,the author takes the questionnaire method and the interview method as the main,and inzaozhuang city of Shandong province,the 17 junior middle school and the high school are selected to carry out the investigation and study.The paper has obtained the information and data of the urban middle school teachers using the mobile terminal to carry on the informal learning,and laid a solid foundation for the research.Through the arrangement and liquidation of the obtained data,the problems existing in the course of the mobile informal learning of the middle school teachers are analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn: some middle school teachers in the zaozhuang area have the following problems using the mobile terminal for informal learning:The external conditions of the teacher mobile learning are poor: the learning resources are not good and the learning configuration is backward.The internal conditions of the teacher mobile learning are not enough: the self-learning consciousness is light,the learning strategy is cured,and the learning guidance is ignored.Secondly,through the analysis of the basic information of the middle school teachers,the present situation of mobile learning and the factors that affect the mobile learning in the middle school teachers in zaozhuang,Shandong,the following conclusions are drawn: the main factors of the informal learning by the middle school teachers using the mobile terminal are as follows: Government level: lack of support of policy,lack of professional training and guidance;social dimension: insufficient capital investment and poor resource management;main level: the restriction of the traditional education view,the learning fatigue period,and the improvement of the self-ability.Finally,with the view of the theory of life-long learning and the theory of adult learning,the paper puts forward the following countermeasures from the government level,the school level and the teacher own level.Government level: develop or update policies related to mobile learning;establish effective mobile learning training mechanisms;promote infrastructure construction and network security;and encourage the optimization and development of mobile learning resources.School level: to train good learning habits;to build a learning community.Self-level: to stimulate the awareness of mobile learning,to develop the ability of information acquisition,to change the concept of teaching capacity development,to set up a lofty career ideal and to set up a life-long education concept.Through the above suggestions,the author hopes that the middle school teachers in zaozhuang will be able to effectively use the new learning method of the mobile informal learning,so as to help the middle school teachers to improve their professional development level.
