Mobile learning is the expansion and extension of the network education,not only inherited the traditional characteristics of network education,but also has its own real-time convenient features.The current research on mobile learning courses are based on the theoretical level,a few studies from the perspective of technological development,fewer people combined theoretical and technical to design mobile learning specialized course based on mobile phone.This research in "modern education technology and application" mobile phone course design and development as an example to explore the theory and practice.In theory,promote the development of mobile learning based on smartphone,in practice or in technology,set up an example of a mobile learning course which has demonstration significance,experience,scalable,can be copied to the other in the design of courses development.The first part of this article in the analysis of mobile learning and mobile learning courses on the basis of existing research,found the problems that fewer combined mobile learning theory with courses and courses mode partial traditional in the research,proposed a concept idea which combined mobile learning with curriculum design theory to develop mobile learning mobile curriculum.The second part defines the concept of mobile learning,regard informal learning and constructivism,situated cognition and cognitive load theory as the theoretical basis,and summarize mobile learning convenience and autonomous interaction characteristics;The third part designs mobile learning courses based on smartphone.Through the analysis of two cases,summarizes the design principle of mobile learning courses,course design mode and teaching design.To course design and development provides a new Angle of view,makes everyone can instructional designers and mobile curriculum developers.The fourth part is design mobile learning courses case study of "modern education technology and application".The biggest innovation of this study is to mobile learning theory into practice,on the basis of theoretical research and guidance for mobile learning concept,design intelligent mobile learning courses.The fifth part is the practical application,through the case analysis,simulation for mobile learning,with a complete learning process to describe the course of mobile learning experience,thinking and feedback of teaching and practice.The sixth part is the summary and evaluation.This article is to move an attempt to explore learning theory into practice,through the development for smart phones as the carrier of mobile learning courses,hopes to use its topic,the teaching and research staff to get more attention,in order to promote to make a little contribution to the development of mobile learning.
