The essential purpose of morality and the rule of law course in middle school is to promote the development of students' sane personality,which decided the three-dimensional teaching targets shall be ranked as: emotional attitude and value target,process and methods target,knowledge and skills target.Obviously,emotional attitude and value target is the most important of this course,meanwhile the most difficult to achieve,mandatory knowledge infusion can't have emotional echoing from students,and can't achieve emotional attitude and value target,even can't to realize the course aiming to promote the sane personality development of student.Therefore,in the course of morality and the rule of law,teac hers have to abandon the idea of scores come first,change the teaching methods of rote,shall replace mandatory infusion with sentimental infection.At the background of new course revolution and quality education,sentimental education emerged.sentimental education is a new challenge for traditional force and control class,which can smooth the heart of students,awake the passion of students,inspire the potential of students,make students to develop positive life attitude and emotional experience,especially have very important effect for morality and legality class in middle school,hence,this article is researching about countermeasure research on strengthening the sentimental Education of morality and the rule of law in junior high school,which divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction of topic,mainly introduced the background of topic selection,research objectives and significance,and have a combing and reviewing about the research status of domestic and international sentimental education.At last,state the research methods,research contents,the key and difficult points and creativity of course.The second chapter is the related interpretation of the sentimental education in moral and rule of law course in junior high school,including the connotation of sentimental education,the theoretical basis of sentimental education,the basic requirements of sentimental education,and the value of implementing sentimental education in moral and rule of law course in junior high school.The third chapter is based on the questionnaire survey of six junior high schools by moral and rule by law teachers in PengAn,and summarizes the achievements and problems in the implementation of sentimental education in the moral and rule of law classroom.According to the survey,Some teachers of morality and rule of law can correctly understand the value of implementing sentimental education in the classroom.However,there also are many problems in the actual teaching process,such as there is still a focus on knowledge goals rather than emotional goals,and there is a lack of affective factors in the classroom,and ignore the students' main position,lack of humanity,unreasonable teaching methods,lack of experience and so on.The forth chapter systematically analyzes the causes of the problems in the implementation of sentimental education in moral and rule of law courses,mainly from the teachers,the students,the interaction between teachers and students,the school and the social level.The fifth chapter is based on the reasons of Chapter 4th,and expounds the ways of returning the sentimental education to junior middle school morality and rule of law from five aspects.Such as teachers,students,the interaction between teachers and students,school and social.
