The goal of classroom teaching is the main connection point between educational theory and teaching practice,and it is also the relatively most specific goal in the teaching goal system.The overall effective design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives is the key to effective classrooms.Since 2016,with the continuous updating of the ethics and rule of law teaching materials,the design and implementation of the classroom teaching objectives of the junior high school ethics and rule of law disciplines need to be further enriched and improved.Based on this,this paper takes the junior high school in Hohhot as the practical object,and takes the eighth grade "Moral and Rule of Law" as the foothold,and tries and discusses this issue with introduction,body and conclusion.The main body of the text is divided into the following sections.The first part is an overview of the classroom teaching objectives.Explain the relevant connotation of the classroom teaching objectives and the theoretical basis of design and implementation,and analyze the realistic basis for the effective design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives.The second part is to summarize the problems in the design and implementation of the eighth grade "Moral and Rule of Law" classroom teaching objectives through questionnaires and teaching materials.There are some problems in the design of classroom teaching objectives: the lack of awareness and attention of the target design,the content and method of the target design are presented in the form and target expression,and the problem of the subject is wrong.At the same time,there are problems in the implementation of classroom teaching objectives: the goal implementation is less related to the teaching process,the goal implementation is not compatible with the teaching method,and the problem of poor implementation of the goal implementation and teaching evaluation are discussed.The third part is the analysis of the problems in the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives.There are problems in the design of classroom teaching objectives.First,teachers are not deep enough in the study of curriculum standards and instructional design.Second,the teaching philosophy of teachers is not advanced enough.Third,teachers do not understand the "four elements" of teaching objectives.The reasons for the problems in the implementation of classroom teaching objectives are: the teacher’s initiative to implement the goal is low,and the teacher’s ability to control the new textbooks and resource methods is insufficient.Third,the teacher’s classroom goal evaluation is weak.The fourth part is the specific strategy for the design and implementation of classroom teaching objectives.Aiming at the problems in target design and implementation,the specific ways of designing and implementing classroom teaching objectives are discussed from the aspects of curriculum standard examination,teachers,students,teaching process,methods and evaluation.
