History textbooks are an important way for students to learn legal knowledge.The content of legal history in textbooks is relatively boring,but it is crucial for students.Through the study of legal knowledge,students can be promoted in an all round way,to a certain extent,avoid the emergence of campus violence,and at the same time,it is also conducive to the implementation of the core literacy of the historical discipline and enhance the students feelings of home and country.Based on the above factors,this paper analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the legal contents involved in the seventh and eighth grades of the departmental history textbooks.According to the principle of order of historical development,the article divides the legal knowledge involved in the textbooks of the seventh and eighth grades into three parts,namely,the ancient Chinese history,the modern history,the relevant legal aspects after the founding of New China,and the contents of the textbooks.The history of China legal system is combined to analyze and summarize the legal knowledge mentioned in the textbook.Through research,it is found that the law in the ancient history of the seventh grade is mainly for the purpose of strengthening the rights of the monarch.The legal content of the eighth grade modern history is constantly evolving based on the social background,especially the introduction of Western democratic legal thoughts,which makes the legal knowledge more Systematized and gradually have an independent system.Modern ruling by law has become a basic national policy.In addition,some suggestions for the teaching of legal content have been put forward.In addition to adopting a variety of teaching methods in classroom teaching,students can further improve their interest and learning ability through the second classroom.At the same time,in order to better provide reference for frontline teachers,based on their own teaching experience,they have made reflections on the teaching process,teaching effects and the second classroom of history.In teaching,teachers should fully prepare lessons,explain the legal content,combine the test of the senior highschool entrance examination,grasp a degree,flexibly use the teaching method,consider the actual effect of the classroom,and cannot lose big because of small.In the second class,teachers should do a good job in guiding and make the second class play the most important role.
