Formulation And Application Of Diagnostic Criteria For Physical Fitness Of Regional Frail Elderly

Objective: To accurately diagnose the debilitated elderly,and to establish the diagnostic criteria for the physical fitness of the regionally debilitated elderly,and to analyze the relationship between frail and fall risk,cognitive disorder and depression through empirical tests,and verify the standard diagnosis.Methods: This study used physical fitness as the entry point,and used the literature data method and Delphi method to screen and measure the physical fitness index of the elderly,and developed a diagnostic standard for physical fitness of the regionally frail elderly.The law conducts empirical research on this standard,taking the walking speed as the state variables,and doing the ROC curve with the standing walking timing and the standing body extension as the test variables,verifying the diagnostic value of the two test variables,and further analyzing under the influence of weakness,The status and trends of the elderly in Shenyang in terms of fall risk,cognitive disorder,and depression.The research results show that: 1.Using physical fitness as the first-level indicator,through the literature and expert consultation,formulate six secondary indicators of speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality,balance quality and sensitive quality,and several third-level indicators.After three rounds of expert questionnaire survey and evaluation,and using the Delphi method to calculate the weight of each indicator,the weight of each index is analyzed to determine the indicators of the regional weak mental capacity of the elderly.Among them,three indicators are speed,balance and sensitivity;three indicators are three levels,which are 10 meters maximum walking speed,standing body extension and standing time.2.The subjects were tested with the selected indicators.The maximum walking speed of 10 meters was used as the state variable,and the ROC curve was taken as the test variable with the standing walking time and the standing body extension.The results showed that the difference between the two indicators of exercise ability was different.All of them were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity of the standing walking time were 0.891 and 0.925,respectively,and the area under the corresponding ROC curve was 0.926;the sensitivity of the standing body was 0.757 and the specificity was 0.925.The area under the ROC curve is 0.890.The two indicators are highly accurate for the diagnosis of the weak elderly in Shenyang.The maximum value of the Youden index respectively is the maximum value of 28.65 cm and 10.33 second.3.The frail elderly in Shenyang are in a high risk of falling,while the health elderly are at low risk.It can be seen that frail can lead to an increase in the risk of falls in the elderly,while the elderly are generally mildly cognitively impaired and mild.The problem of depression,and through the data found that with the decline of the three indicators,the degree of frail deepened,the risk of falls,cognitive impairment and depression also increased.With the increase of age,the scores of the frail and the elderly in Shenyang are gradually increasing.From the perspective of the growth rate,the frail elderly group is significantly higher than the health elderly group,and the frail can lead to the fall of the elderly.Increased risk,decreased cognitive function,and increased levels of depression.Conclusion: After the screening of the indicators by the Delphi method,the final two indicators of physical fitness are obtained,which are speed quality,sensitive quality and balance quality.The three indicators are the maximum walking speed of 10 meters and the standing walking.Timing and standing body extension;combined with the ROC curve analysis method,the results of the standing ability of the physical fitness and the standing body extension have high diagnostic value for the frail elderly in Shenyang,and when the three indicators are comprehensively diagnosed It is more accurate than a single indicator;the study found that the frail elderly are more prone to high risk of falls and depression and cognitive impairment.
