Physical education in primary schools is a necessary course for students to cultivate good physical quality in the growing stage.It plays an important role in promoting students' physical and mental development.Yu Wei,the principal of the elementary school affiliated to Northeast Normal University,and his team put forward the concept of "rate education" in 2014.The core viewpoints of the concept of "rate education" are as follows: first,to protect nature;second,to respect individuality;and third,to cultivate sociality.Its core is to follow the law of development of ability and knowledge,and promote the teaching of children's growth in the community by grasping the law of children's growth and development and the characteristics of stages.The concept of rate education is a new educational concept constructed in accordance with the objective development law of primary school students.The concrete combination of physical education and rate education concept not only conforms to the growth and development law of primary school students,but also helps to strengthen their sports motivation,arouse their interest in sports,improve their participation in sports,and form the cognitive characteristics of lifelong sports consciousness.It has played an important role in the growth and development of primary school students.Good effect and correct traction direction.This paper takes the design of primary school physical education under the concept of rate education as the research object,takes the primary school affiliated to Northeast Normal University as the research scope,and uses the methods of documentation,observation and interview to analyze the design concept and practice of primary school physical education before and after the "rate education" was put forward,and elaborates the characteristics and disadvantage of the design concept of former teachers' attached primary school physical education.Sufficiency,that is,in the process of teaching,teachers pay insufficient attention to the individual students,there are limitations in the setting of teaching objectives,lack of pertinence in teaching content and so on.After incorporating the concept of rate education into the physical education teaching design of primary schools attached to teachers' colleges,the above shortcomings can be remedied to a certain extent,and three new characteristics have emerged in the aspects of concept and practice,that is,to bring the subjective factors of children themselves into the consideration of teaching design,to create a teaching model that conforms to children's nature for practical teaching,to highlight the existence of individual differences,and to carry out practical teaching according to students' nature.Different levels of mastery of knowledge content and other aspects to choose a more suitable teaching model for children;the teaching objectives will be divided reasonably,and the development and selection of appropriate teaching programs for children at different stages.Innovation is embodied in both concepts and practices.Finally,this paper points out some problems existing in the integration of the concept of rate education into the physical education teaching design of primary schools attached to teachers' colleges,and puts forward relevant suggestions for specific problems based on this,so as to provide a reference for promoting the better integration of the concept of rate education into primary school physical education.
