Research purposes: the adolescent physical health decline year by year,adolescent obesity,myopia,and so on a series of health problems has become one of the topics of most concern from all walks of life,the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education attaches great importance to the problem,put forward from the perspective of the physical education teaching,from the perspective of the physical education-"strengthen the physical education and extracurricular physical exercise,promote the physical and mental health of teenagers,fitness." If the physical education class wants to have the qualitative change,it still has to face the problem of how to strengthen,how to guarantee the classroom sports load,how to improve the teaching effect of physical education class,how to construct the scientific and reasonable evaluation system and so on.Therefore,starting from improving the classroom teaching effect of PE class,this paper applies real-time heart rate monitoring to PE class teaching based on the discipline theory of sports physiology and sports training.It explores the influence of teaching program of PE class with real-time heart rate monitoring as auxiliary means on students’ physical health.Through the classroom teaching program of heart rate monitoring,it can improve the cardiopulmonary function of junior high school students and ensure the exercise load of students in physical education class.The application value of real-time heart rate monitoring in physical education class teaching is demonstrated,so as to provide reference for scientific and effective improvement of physical education class teaching effect.Research methods: the study period I served as a substitute in nanjing ninghai middle school sports teacher,teaching covers the first grade,grade 2,grade,so this article subjects on the basis of "national students physical health standard" in the formulation of criteria from nanjing ninghai middle school junior middle school I taught class to grade in the 120 constitution test score below 79.9 points and students(the score of physical testing of students failed to pass the exam and)as the subjects,the average is divided into experimental group(n = 60): 20 people,and early 20 people,at the beginning of grade 20 and the control group(n = 60): 20 students in junior one,20 students in junior two and 20 students in junior three.Before the experiment,the physical condition of all 120 students was re-tested to get the initial data.During the experiment,the control group did not intervene in PE class,while the experimental group was given physical education teaching based on heart rate monitoring.In the first week,pre-test and pre-test were carried out,in the 16 th week,post-test was carried out,and in the second to 15 th weeks,teaching and teaching experiments were carried out based on heart rate monitoring.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks in total.Excel and SPSS software were used to analyze the experiment.Results:1.After 14 weeks of classroom experiment,there were significant differences in the changes of vital capacity of the experimental group students in each grade before and after the experiment.According to grade one,grade two and grade three,they were increased by 320.02ml(P < 0.01),383.32ml(P < 0.01)and 163.11ml(P < 0.05),respectively.There was no significant difference in the control group.2.In the experimental group,there were significant differences between the endurance quality test of Grade 1 and Grade 2 students before and after the test3.In terms of strength quality,the pull-up students representing upper limb strength in the experimental group showed significant improvement in grade one(P <0.05),and some improvement in other grades,but no significant difference;there was no significant difference before and after the control group;In the standing long jump test reflecting the strength of lower limbs,the experimental group showed significant improvement before and after the experiment.Research Conclusions:1.The 14-week physical education teaching program using heart rate monitoring as a means improved the physical fitness level of students in the experimental group.2.The application of heart rate monitoring in the teaching practice of physical education class can well control the heart rate range of students in the process of exercise and ensure the amount of physical activity of students in this class.3.After 14 weeks of aerobic exercise teaching program intervention using heart rate monitoring as a means,the improvement degree of physical machinery level of students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the ordinary exercise control group,mainly manifested in the level of vital capacity.4.The teaching program using heart rate monitoring as a means can provide targeted guidance for students and facilitate physical education teachers to carry out various teaching activities in various forms quickly.To improve the students for the physical education class learning enthusiasm,and stimulate the desire of students to participate in physical exercise.Students fall in love with physical exercise,their physical health level can also be naturally improved.5.The application of heart rate monitoring in physical education teaching courses can provide scientific guidance for the classroom teaching of physical education.
