Abstract/Summary:
In the context of globalization,quality education is the key to building a learning society in the 21 st century.The quality of the teaching team is the lifeline of quality education.With the development of early childhood education,the traditional methods of teacher management and quality assurance can no longer meet the requirements of kindergartens.The quality guarantee mechanism of scientific kindergarten teachers helps to stimulate teachers’ initiative,tap the maximum potential of teachers,and improve the teachers’ team.Overall quality.Therefore,constructing an effective quality assurance mechanism for teachers is an important measure for the construction of kindergarten teachers,and it is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of scientific and effective management and sustainable development of kindergartens.Based on the above research background,this study is based on the analysis of relevant literature,combined with human resource management theory and system management theory,the five elements of the quality assurance of the teaching team-employment management elements,training management elements,incentive management elements,supervision and management The element and exit management elements are the analysis framework.The literature method,interview method and physical analysis method are used to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the quality assurance content of the Y child care center teachers,in order to present the process and content of the quality assurance of the Y child care center teachers.The characteristics of its support are summarized and the quality assurance mechanism of the kindergarten teaching team is summarized.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the presentation of the problem.It mainly discusses the research background,research questions,research significance,concept definition and literature review of this research.The second part is the research design.It mainly discusses the establishment of the research method,the choice of research objects,the research methods,the collation of research data and the ethics and validity of the research,and combining the system management theory and human resource management theory to form the analytical framework for the quality assurance of the Y child care center.It consists of five factors: employment management elements,training management elements,incentive management elements,supervision management elements and exit management elements.The elements are analyzed.The third part is the analysis of specific cases,combining employment management elements,training management elements,incentive management elements,supervision management elements and exit management elements,from recruitment and selection,training and development,incentive and maintenance,supervision and analysis,The five dimensions of exit and flow analyze the situation of the quality assurance of the teachers in the Y Child Care Center.The fourth part is a summary of the characteristics,in-depth analysis of Y child care center teachers quality assurance features.The fifth part is summarization and reflection.Through the actual situation of the quality assurance of the teachers in the Y Child Care Center,the quality assurance mechanism of the kindergarten teachers is summarized and refined,and the theory and method of this research are reflected.
