The ability to represent organizational teaching problems is one of the components of the physics teaching ability of middle school physics teachers.At present,foreign scholars' research on teaching thinking,measurement of teaching thinking level,and research on teaching thinking are mostly case studies.However,in China,there are very few quantitative studies on thinking,and most of them are in the stage of qualitative description.In order to broaden the horizon of teachers' teaching thinking,deepen and enrich the study of teachers' teaching thinking in China,and understand the teaching thinking from a microscopic perspective,it is crucial to develop and research the measurement tools of the organizational teaching problem representation ability of junior middle school physics teachers.This paper analyzes the status quo of the research ability of physics teachers' organizational teaching problems in domestic junior high school by using the literature method,clarifies the ideas of the research problems,and discusses related theories.On this basis,constructs the characterization ability of junior high school physics teachers' organizational teaching problems.The structural indicator system,and based on the capability structure index system,develops a tool that can measure the organizational teaching thinking ability of junior middle school physics teachers.Then,using the questionnaire survey method,using the developed measurement tools to analyze the current situation of junior high school physics teachers' organizational teaching thinking ability.Start the investigation.The survey content mainly includes the ability of teachers to characterize the organization,organize organizational problems and induce organizational problems.The research results show that the teacher's organizational teaching problem representation ability affects the teacher's professional development;the teacher's organizational teaching problem representation ability structure model is a five-dimensional and three-layer complex structure;the teacher's organizational teaching problem representation ability and the teacher's teaching level are positive Correlation;the level of ability of expert teachers and novice teachers to represent organizational teaching problems is different;the simplification of teachers' knowledge structure is the key factor affecting the ability of teachers to organize organizational teaching problems;the ability of junior high school physics teachers to organize teaching problems has no obvious gender difference.Based on the survey results,the following suggestions are proposed for the improvement of the characterization ability of junior high school physics teachers' organizational teaching problems: establishing thematic courses to provide a knowledge base for the development of teachers' organizational teaching problem representation ability;implementing the “three-stage four-collaborative” strategy to promote teacher organizations The development of sexual teaching problem representation ability;evaluation of teachers' organizational teaching problem representation ability,promote teachers to continuously reflect;promote the development and application of teachers' organizational teaching problem representation ability evaluation tools.
