At the moment of deepening reform in the field of education,in order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,the foreign concept of “school district” has been proposed in many places across China.In the current situation of school district education,there are still many problems.Among them,the comprehensive practical activity curriculum must be a hot topic.Under the new mode of school-running,the concept of educational equilibrium has been upgraded to the level of high-quality education,and the development of comprehensive practical activity courses has a greater breakthrough.In educational management,resource sharing,education and teaching concepts,science and technology are all getting a qualitative improvement during the activity curriculum running in school district."Z" School District,as an earlier school district in Shanghai,and Shanghai introduced the concept of comprehensive practical activity course into the primary and middle school curriculum for quiet long,which became a relatively complete extended curriculum and research-based(inquiry)curriculum,namely two types of curriculum systems.Through the literature analysis method,this study thoroughly studied and researched related literatures in the same field,and used the interview method to conduct in-depth exchanges with the three junior high school administrators and teachers in the "Z" school district.At the same time,the questionnaires were sent to the teachers of the junior high school in the J district that "Z" school district belongs to.Collect and understand as much as possible the management and implementation of the comprehensive practice activities of the "Z" School District.The study found that “Z” School District has achieved results in the construction of school district system,the combing of characteristic courses,and the creation of school district characteristic projects.However,after in-depth exploration,the internal management of the school district,especially the management system for comprehensive practical activities courses,is still lacking.The author classifies the school district management of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum into three aspects: management subject,management means and management support.From the management subject,I deeply analyzes the relevant stakeholders involved in the “Z” school district and the relationship of rights and responsibilities that should be undertaken,and proposes the positioning and responsibilities of the major subjects in the district management of the comprehends-ive practical activity curriculum.From the perspective of management methods,the study believes that the school district should be optimized according to the policies of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum,and in system management,curriculum resource management,school district culture construction,and flexible management method.For the management and security school district,it should further clarify the aspects of system protection,personnel management,funding guarantee,curriculum process optimization,and technical support,and escort the management of comprehensive practical activity courses.
