| Participation in community learning team is an important way of adults learning.With the improvement of material level and quality of life,people’s pursuit of spiritual life has become increasingly prominent.The community learning team in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province has shown a booming trend,attracting more and more community residents to actively and continuously participate.Based on this background,this study takes Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,focusing on the relationship between participation in community learning team and well-being.Using the methods of questionnaire and interview,350 residents who participated in the community learning team and 136 residents who did not participate in the community learning team are surveyed.And the samples are analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software.At the same time,the interview texts of10 residents who participated in the community learning team are selected for analysis.Based on empirical analysis,the research conclusions are:First,participation in community learning team and well-being have significant positive correlation.Specifically,the subjective well-being,psychological well-being,social well-being and overall well-being of the residents participating in the community learning team are significantly higher than those of the residents who do not participate in the community learning team.Second,the impact of participation in community learning team on well-being is significantly different in some demographic variables.Specifically,the impact of participation in community learning team on well-being has significant differences in gender,age and economic status.And there are significant differences in the well-being of residents with different gender,age,economic condition and physical condition.Third,all dimensions of participation in community learning team and well-being is significantly related.Specifically,the number of participation,participation time,level of participation and the frequency of participation types have a significant positive correlation with well-being.Among them,the correlation coefficient between participation level and well-being is the highest.Based on this,this study proposes research implications for promoting residents’ deep participation in community learning teams and collaborative efforts to cultivate community learning teams,and reflects on research methods and research conclusions. |
