Research On The Current Situation Of Educational Quality Of Grandparents Of Children Aged 0-6 And Its Promotion Strategies

Children aged 0-6 years old belong to a critical period in the process of growth.They are easily influenced by the adults around them.The educational quality of adults affects the effect of family education and the growth and development of children.At present,intergenerational education is a common social phenomenon.The educational quality of grandparents also has an important impact on the development of children aged 0-6.The educational quality of grandparents includes educational concepts,educational knowledge,educational methods and educational ability.At present,the relevant research on the educational quality of grandparents is relatively weak.Therefore,taking Shanghai as an example,this study investigated the educational quality of grandparents who take care of their 0-6-year-old grandchildren through questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the educational quality of grandparents in Shanghai is embodied in the following aspects: the educational concept keeps pace with the times;Educational knowledge is empirical and unsystematic;The educational method shows preference for practicality;The overall educational ability is good,but the ability to understand grandchildren and the ability to communicate and coordinate between generations need to be further improved.Finally,the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the existing problems,such as developing systematic intergenerational education curriculum,broadening learning channels,increasing the supply of intergenerational education resources,encourage participation in relevant training,etc.It hopes to provide reference opinions for improving the educational quality of grandparents,promoting the effective implementation of intergenerational education and the scientific and healthy development of children aged 0-6 years.
